MOMENTS OF DOUBT=AND UNCERTAINTY

 

Sometimes=WHEN we pray to God=For a SPECIAL ANSWER=to our prayers=

Ant the PRAYERS go unheard==or when it seems=THE ANSWER to our

Prayers=is just a PLAIN NO=That leaves us FEELING doubt and UNCERTAINTY=and

LOOKING for GUIDANCE=from our God=”Jacob was left there ALONE=

Then some man WRESTLED=with him=Until the break od dawn”                          Genesis 32:25

 

What we DON’T KNOW=from the Above SCRIPTURE=is that Jacob was

WRESTLING With GOD=and that God=Was moving Jacob=in a NEW DIRECTION=

“Then the man said’=’Your name will no longer be Jacob=BUT ISRAEL=Because you

Have STRUGGLED with God=and with humans and=have overcome’”                          Genesis 32:28

And isn’t that=What we are all doing=When we are STRUGGLING for answers=

Just wrestling with GOD=Because we are FILLED WITH DOUBT and UNCERTAINTY=

But maybe God=is JUST moving us in a NEW DIRECTION=Just like he did with Jacob=

Or should I say Israel=

MOMENTS OF DOUBT=AND UNCERTAINTY!

“Command those who are rich=In this present world=Not to be arrogant=Nor to put

Their HOPE in wealth=WHICH IS SO UNCERTAIN=But to put their hope IN GOD=

Who richly provides us=with everything=For our enjoyment”                                         1 Timothy 6:17

 

And so=IN MOMENTS of DOUBT=moments of ANXIETY=and UNCERTAINTY=Keep

The faith=Keep the Hope=and keep the BELIEF in GOD’S LOVE=God may just BE

GUIDING you in a new direction=God may be GIVING YOU ANOTHER ANSWER=maybe

ONE=That you had never thought of before=Keep the FAITH like Jacob=IN MOMENTS of

DOUBT AND UNCERTAINTY

 

We may be WRESTLING with God=friends=Because God is=life is=bringing us sadness=

And suffering=and on this day=WE may be FEELING the doubt and the UNCERTAINTY=but

We must=KEEP THE FAITH=we must continue TO BELIEVE=even in these moments=for

Our God=is STILL guiding us

“In your unfailing love=You will lead the people=You have redeemed=In your strength=You

WILL GUIDE THEM=to your holy dwelling”                                                                                       Exodus 15:13

“GUIDE ME=in your truth=and teach me=For you are my God=My savior=and my HOPE

Is in you=all day long”                                                                                                                                    Psalm 25:5

“But when=THE SPIRIT OF TRUTH comes=he will GUIDE YOU=Into all the truth=He will

Not speak on his own=He will speak=Only what he hears=and he will tell you=What is

YET to come”                                                                                                                                                            John 16:13

 

And so=MY DEAR BROTHERS and SISTERS=Do not be afraid of=YOUR MOMENTS of doubt=for

THE SPIRIT=Of God’s own TRUTH AND LOVE=will be coming to help you=Just like he helped

Jacob=and HELPED the prophets and all the SAINTS=They all had doubt too!

CONTINUE to LIVE in=

 

Faith=Hope and Love=and in GOD’S TRUTH=and pray unceasingly=God’s Spirit of

TRUTH=lives in you=and you will OVERCOME=Your doubt and uncertainty

In Jesus’ name=and in the name=of our FOREVER LIVING=forever loving=Forever teaching

And Forever GUIDING=Holy Father God!
