COUNTING OUR BLESSINGS=NOT OUR  MONEY

 

How do you=as an INDIVIDUAL=VALUE someone’s  worth?=OUR SOCIETY=

In general=Seems to VALUE PEOPLE=Based on their status=and those who

MAKE  large sums of money=Just look at=WHO our heroes and heroines are

They are CEOS=sports figures=entertainers=and  POLITICAL FIGURES=But

Jesus tells us=Saint Paul tells us=The APOSTLES tell us=That is WRONG=That  money

Is=Or the LOVE OF MONEY=is THE ROOT of all evil=”For the love of MONEY=is a

ROOT of all kinds of evil=Some people =eager for MONEY=have wandered from the

FAITH=and pierced themselves=with many griefs”                                                                      1 Timothy 6:10

 

WHEN you look around=and OTHERS seem to have everything=and we DON’T
Have anything=It is easy=To become DISSATISFIED=that others have everything=

Wealth=power=security=But I suggest to you=We live in a country=With many BLESSINGS=

That the “Average Joe”=in other countries don’t have=You don’t know=HOW LUCKY

You are=COUNT YOUR BLESSINGS!=NOT YOUR MONEY!

“The Spirit gives life=The flesh COUNTS for nothing=The words=I have spoken to you=

--------Thet are full=Of the SPIRIT and life”                                                                                   John 6:63

“Blessed is the one=Whose sin=The LORD will never=COUNT AGAINTH THEM”    Romans 4:8

“In the same way=COUNT yourselves dead to sin=But alive to God=in Christ Jesus”   Romans 6:11

 

DISPARITIES in wealth=Have existed=since the BEGINNING OF TIME=It is nothing new=

But Paul’s LETTER to Timothy=is a direct warning=TO CHRISTIANS=That we should

NOT BE  SEDUCED=by the love of money=It seems today=That the LOVE OF MONEY=

In our Country=is GREATER than ever before=The love of money IS=IS the root of  all

EVIL=and it does seem  EVER GREATER than before=COUNT YOUR BLESSINGS!=from the

Holy Father God and Jesus=THE LOVE of your FAMILY and FRIENDS=and the gift of=

YOUR VERY OWN LIFE

 

COUNT YOUR BLESSINGS!=Not your money!

“BLESSED are all=who take REFUGE in him”                                                                                 Psalm 2:12

“I will make them=and the places surrounding my hill=A BLESSING=I will send down

Showers in season=There will be=SHOWERS OF BLESSING”                                               Ezekiel 34:26

“……..For he has been mindful=Of the humble state=Od his servant=From now on=all

Generations=will call me BLESSED=For the Mighty One=has done great things=for me==

--------Holy is his name”                                                                                                                             Luke 1:48-49

 

And Paul=Takes it ONE STEP FURTHER=In his letter to Timothy=COUNT YOURSELF

BLESSED=For anything that=You have=is a BLESSING FROM GOD=”For we  brought=

NOTHING=Into the world=just as we=NOT be able to take anything =out of it=If we have

Food and Clothing=we shell be CONTENT with that”                                                                   1 Timothy 6:7-8

Dear Father GOD=and Son of God=and the Holy SPIRIT OF LIFE=we say Thank You=for

The GIFT OF LIFE=Our family and FRIENDS=and ANY material blessings=That you

Give us=We are content=WITH WHO  and what=You want us to be!

 

In Jesus’ name=and in the name=Of our EVER LIVING=and LOVING Father God=who gives

US=The gift of all BLESSINGS=In this world and the next
