WE CANNOT HONOR HER ENOUGH!

(The SEVEN SORROWS of Mary))

 

Today Monday=9-15-2025=IS another day=In which=We HONOR our

MOTHER MARY=But this one=IS DIFFERENT=For we HONOR her for her Resilience=

And her Perseverance=Her Inclusive YES=despite her SEVEN SORROWS=The seven

MAJOR sorrows=of her life=”When Jesus saw his Mother there=and the disciple

Whom he loved=Standing nearby=He said to her=’Woman=here is your Son’=and to the

Disciple=’Here is your Mother’=From that time on=This disciple took her

 Into her home”                                                                                                                                           John 19:26-27

 

Do you know=What the SEVEN SORROWS ARE=That Mary withstood  THROUGH her

LIFE?=They are Considered to be=The PROPHECY of Simeon=Her flight to Egypt=The

LOSS of Jesus=in the Temple=The WAY of the Cross=the crucifixion=The Taking

Down of Jesus from the CROSS=and Jesus’ burial=Mary KNEW suffering=Just like

You and I do=Perhaps and  probably MUCH GREATER==WE CANNOT=HONOR HER

ENOUGH!=for her CONTINUING YES=Through suffering=and her resilience  and

PERESEVERANCE=She is our Compassionate mother=and our COMFORTER too=

WE  HONOR=her today!

 

“A kindhearted woman=GAINS HONOR=But ruthless men=Gain only wealth”      Proverbs 11:16

“HONOR HER=For all that her hands have done=and let her Works=Bring her praise=

At the city gate”                                                                                                                                       Proverbs 31:31

“For God said’=’HONOR your father and mother’=and=’Anyone who curses=their

Father or Mother=Is to be=Put to death”                                                                                    Matthew 15:4

 

Mary is the most HOLY and Distinguished woman=and Mother of Jesus=the SON

OF GOD=And Jesus  HONORED her=when he said=She was truly BLESSED=For she

Was like=”THOSE who hear the Word of God=and observe it”                                           Luke 11:28

Mary put up=WITH the sorrows of her life=Not to mention=The daily suffering=That she

Had=And when Jesus was=DYING ON the cross=Jesus THOUGHT of his Mother=as  Mary

Stood  NEAR the cross=as he died=Minute-by-minute=What pain-What resilience=

What FAITH=What perseverance=Mary had=WE CANNOT HONOR HER ENOUGH!

 

“Love always protects=always trusts=always hopes=ALWAYS PERSEVERES”     1 Corinthians  13:7

“As you know=We count as blessed=Those who have PERSEVERED=You have heard

Of Job’s Perseverance=and have seen=What the Lord finally brought out=The Lord is

Full of compassion and mercy”                                                                                                     James 5:11

“YOU HAVE PERSEVERED=and have endured hardships=For my name=and have not

Grown weary”                                                                                                                                           Revelation 2:3

 

OVER the years=Mary has been honored by poets=artists=song writers=and EVEN THE

ANGELS=But we should HONOR MARY too=For her strength=her ENDURANCE=her

Resilience=and her faith=With deep respect=and sensitivity=TODAY WE HONOR Mary=

Our gentle and=SECOND MOTHER of us all=QUEEN OF HEAVEN

Hail Mary…….FULL OF GRACE……..THE LORD=Is with thee…….

 

In the name of=HER SON Jesus=her Husband Joseph=and the FATHER OF US ALL=the

Ever LIVING=Ever loving=HOLY FATHER GOD!
