MORAL FAILURE

Moral Failure

 

The question is not

What are we going to do

If we encounter

Moral Failure

 

The question is

What are we going to do with it

Once we realize

We did fail

 

Look at Saint Peter

He denied Christ 3 times

Even after he said

He would never deny Christ

 

Yet

He went on

To actually BE the ROCK

And have the whole foundation

Of the Church

Built upon him

 

Look at Saint Paul

Previously called Saul

Not worthy to be called an Apostle

And a killer of Christians

In the new Church

 

Yet the Lord converted him

And he became

Probably

The most prolific writer

And recruiter

In the Christian movement

 

What about Moses

A murderer

What about David

An adulterer

What about anyone

In the Bible

 

What about you/what about me

When we realize

We failed God

In some way

 

How are we

Going to

Let God use us

In the building up

Of his Kingdom

 

There are

No perfect people in this world

Only Christ

 

So you failed

So what

You can still be

On the team

 

And maybe

Just maybe

A star

On the team

Of our Lord

But it really doesn’t matter

Because my hope

Is in you

 

We run out of money

Illness strikes

Or the unexplained happens

What is the difference

You still remain

IT IS=THE LOVE=THAT OUR LIFE=LONGS FOR

 

 

 

 

 

 

IT IS=THE LOVE=THAT OUR LIFE=

LONGS FOR

 

So many of us=LIVE HUMDRUM LIVES=never experiencing

The LOVE=and the JOY=we LONG FOR=every day=the love that

WE ALL DESERVE

 

I have some GOOD NEWS for you=We don’t have to LIVE that way=

We CAN experience LOVE=we can EXPERIENCE JOY=every day of

Our lives=IF we just fall in love=with the Holy Father God and His Son

Jesus Christ=”Behold=I stand at THE DOOR=and knock=If anyone

Hears my voice=and OPENS the door=Then I will enter his house and

Dine with him……..”                                                                                                                                     Revelation 3:20

 

I have some MORE GOOD NEWS=for you=Some day=The Holy Father

God=and his Son Jesus=will be COMING BACK=to this world=Will you

BE LIVING the life you LOVE?=Will you be experiencing THE JOY=Until that

Day happens?=or until you EXPERIENCE ETERNITY=Living with God=

And his Son FOREVER==He is=IT IS==THE LOVE=that our LIFE LONGS FOR

He is=THE JOY=that we all want!

 

“For the Lord=your God=will bless you=In all your harvest=and in all

The work of your hands=AND YOUR JOY=will be complete”                                            Deuteronomy 16:15

 

“……..as the time=When the Jews got relief=from their enemies=and

And as the month=when their sorrow=was turned INTO JOY=and their

Mourning=Into a day of celebration”                                                                                                Esther 9:22

 

“……..and those the Lord=Has rescued will return=They will enter

Zion with singing=EVERLASTING JOY=will crown their heads=Gladness

AND JOY= will overtake them=and sorrow and sighing=will flee away”                              Isaiah 35:10

 

OUR Holy Father God=and Jesus=will NOT force their way=Into our lives=They

Just WAIT PATIENTLY=for us to answer=SOME of us=wait our WHOLE LIVES

To answer=WHY?

 

They want to DRAW NEAR=into our lives right now=They want to SHARE

IN OUR HOPES=in our sorrows=The Lord God ALMIGHTY=wants to be

A SOURCE OF JOY for us=No matter what is=Going on=in our life=HE IS
THE LOVE=It is=THE LOVE=That OUR LIFE LONGS FOR!=it is the JOY

That we have BEEN WAITING FOR

 

“It was revealed to them=that they were NOT=serving themselves but you=

When they spoke of the things=That have now been told you=By those who

Have preached=the gospel to you

 

By the Holy Spirit=sent from heaven=Even angels=LONG to look into these

Things”                                                                                                                                                                     1 Peter 1:12

 

THE HOLY FATHER IS=Jesus is=The ANSWER to everything=our HEARTS LONG FOR=

He is the answer=to ALL OF OUR DESIRES=the answer=that BRINGS JOY into

Our lives

 

So answer the door=and OPEN IT=HE IS THE LOVE=THAT OUR LIFE

LONGS FOR=Open the door=and spend a FEW MOMENTS with them=and

SOON=You will be WONDERING WHY=You waited so long=INVITE him

Into your HEARTS=and spend eternity=with THE HOLY FATHER GOD=and

Jesus Christ

 

In Jesus’ name=and in the name=of OUR EVER JOYFUL=ever living=

Ever loving=HOLY Father God of LOVE!

LIVING BETTER=WITH THE HOLY FATHER GOD=IN OUR HEARTS

 

 

 

 

 

 

LIVING BETTER=WITH THE HOLY FATHER GOD

(In Our Hearts)

 

Today=in REVELATION=Our Holy Father God=Our Jesus

Tells us=In a patient LOVING WAY=We are CAPABLE of doing EVEN

BETTER=With our LOVE of the Holy Father God=and his Son

Jesus Christ=”Moreover=you HAVE ENDURANCE=and have

SUFFERED for my name=and you have grown weary=Yet I

Hold this against you=You have LOST the love you had at FIRST”                                       Revelation 2:3-4

 

And isn’t that the WAY it is=WITH LOVE=We start out STRONG=and

Sometimes even IN MARRIAGE=our love WANES=we are CAPABLE of

DOING EVEN BETTER=If we have the Holy Father God=and Jesus=IN OUR
HEARTS=Our love WILL ENDURE=our lives will ENDURE=if we are

Living=A GOSPEL FILLED life=with the Holy Father God

 

“May his name=ENDURE FOREVER=may it continue as long as the sun”                              Psalm 72:17

 

“……..for riches=DO NOT ENDURE FOREVER=and a crown is not

Secure for all generations”                                                                                                                        Proverbs 27:24

 

“But who CAN ENDURE=the day of his coming?=Who can stand=When

He appears?=For he will be like=a refiner’s fire=or a launderer’s soap”                            Malachi 3:2

 

To LIVE the gospel daily=with our lives=RE-ENERGIZES US=To take

Jesus’ teachings=into our HEARTS=it readies us=TO LOVE=to forgive=

And to be kind=with Jesus and the Holy Father God=in our HEARTS=Just like

The old testament prophets=and even A LITTLE like Jesus=Sometimes

Our life gets hard=but we MUST keep on enduring=we must keep=DOING

A LITTLE BETTER=With the Holy Father God=and our Jesus=LIVING in our

HEARTS!

 

“For everything=that was written=in the past=Was written to teach us=so

That through the ENDURANCE TAUGHT=in the Scriptures=and the

Encouragement they provide=we MIGHT HAVE HOPE”                                                                Romans 15:4

 

“If we are distressed=It is for your comfort and salvation=If we are

Comforted=It is for your comfort=which produces in you PATIENT

ENDURANCE=of the same sufferings=we suffer”                                                                     2 Corinthians 1:6

 

“Teach the older men=to be temperate=Worthy of respect=self-

Controlled=and sound in faith=love=and ENDURANCE”                                                            Titus 2:2

 

It is tough=to KEEP LIVING BETTER=in our Holy Father God and

Jesus=when heartache=or HEARTBREAK=sets in to OUR LIVES=Sometimes

It gets tough=to KEEP ON GOING==when we are FEELING LOW=and

Have NO ONE=to share our LIVES WITH

 

But I have LEARNED to ENDURE=we have learned to ENDURE=Because

Of the Holy Father God==and Jesus=are ALWAYS LIVING IN OUR HEARTS=

I can LIVE BETTER=so can you=with OUR HOLY FATHER GOD!=and Jesus

Living in us!

 

In Jesus’ name=and in the name of=THE SPIRIT OF LOVE=forgiveness=and

KINDNESS=who IS the HOLY FATHER GOD=who ENDURES with us=through

THE TRIALS OF LIFE!

November 18^th

 

 

“Untitled No. 2”

 

 

God this isn’t really fair

But for Christ to do

What he did, nobody cares

What is fair

And I know I’m complaining

And I know I need your help

Not only physical, but to cure my mental distress

 

I know this is just another test

But my confidence is waning

And I’m complaining

And this just isn’t right, to complain

But my faith is lacking

And I desperately need your backing

 

God by all rights I should be dead

And through your strength, I managed to stay alive

And I worked so hard to get back to where I was

Now, for the last month, I’m on a downward trend

And I’m back to nowhere again

 

Christ I’m ready to despair

It just seems as if no one cares

And it all seems so really unfair

But Lord help me to regain the faith

Of what was once my strength

Lord I feel like really copping out

And I just want to cry

Christ please help me to regain the strength and vigor of what I once was

 

Lord, I sound like I want sympathy, but all I want is health and I’ll take

Care of the rest, but Lord it’s always been so easy for me when I’m healthy.

And maybe you just want me to refeel what I once was.  Christ, I honestly

Don’t know.  Lord please give me faith and help me not to despair.

Ps  And Christ maybe my goals are too selfish and for my own physical good.

      Help!

 

 

The medical profession still has no idea what happened to me all those years ago.

They are still in a quandary today about my diagnosis.  However, I don’t think

That anyone doubts that I am very sick.  They just don’t know the reason.

I believe that I know, but I can’t scientifically 100% prove it at this time.

Yet there has been scientific proof over the years.

 

It doesn’t really matter anymore.  God is in control and I am trying to live

A life totally surrendered to God.

November 17^th

My arms and legs are weak

And my mind and vision are blurred

My head is pounding

And my throat is sore

And my vitality is at an extreme low

But worst of all, my mind is in an a depression

And I’m reaching  back for a little extra

But to my chagrin, there’s nothing there

After all, a man can battle only so many setbacks

 

There was a time when my body was strong

And my mind was even stronger

But that was a month ago

And it seems even longer

But what is even more discouraging

Is to battle back from death

To a point where you would never even know

And all of a sudden you’re leveled

And you have nothing to show

 

But I still have the same symptoms

And I can’t even start from scratch

And that is why I’m so depressed
