LIFE is nothing=IF not a series of CHOICES=CHOOSE YOUR CHURCH!=Choose
Your Doctor=Choose YOUR SPOUSE=Choose your PROFESSION=Oh you
get=
The idea=and you have LIVED IT=Or are LIVING IN it right
now=and most of all=CHOOSE
To BELIEVE IN=The Holy Father God and Jesus=(or not)=I
CHOOSE YES!=and I choose=
THE SPIRIT OF GOD=and LIFE and love=In my life=WITH MY WHOLE
HEART!=”Peter and
The other apostles replied’=’We must OBEY GOD=Rather than
human beings!’” Acts 5:29
I CHOOSE GOD=I CHOOSE LOVE=LIFE=and Jesus!=THE TRUE
SPIRIT=Of all=That is
RIGHT IN THE UNIVERSE!
Peter and the OTHER Apostles=are ORDERED by the High priest=To
STOP Preaching Jesus!=
But they do not=They CHOOSE to follow the=GOD OF LOVE=We
should too=WE should CHOOSE=
To LOVE GOD=to Love others=and follow God’s and Jesus’s commands=Rather than follow =the WAYS of this world=”You are
the=Light of the WORLD=A town built on a hill=Cannot be hidden=
NEITHER do people=Light a lamp=and put it Under a
bowl=Instead they put it=On its stand=and
It gives LIGHT to everyone=In the house”

Are ALL PEOPLE=Important to You=Even the HOMELESS?=and the
POOR?=Even the Immigrants?=
Those of different races and religions=and of FINANCIAL
BRACKETS?=They are=IF =YOU CHOOSE
The Spirit of LIFE and love=WITH YOUR WHOLE HEART!=and are
offering=YOUR TIME=TALENT=
And Treasures for all others=NOT just who you want=CHOOSE
THE GOD OF SPIRIT=of Life=
And Love=With your WHOLE HEART=For ALL of GOD’S PEOPLE!
“What good=Will it be=For someone to gain the WHOLE WORLD=Yet
forfeit their soul?=Or WHAT
Can anyone Give=In exchange for their soul?”

IT IS I!
Today we read about=
THE DISCIPLES of Jesus=BEING AFRAID
And Jesus
Coming to their RESCUE!
HOW OFTEN=
Do we become AFRAID=ONLY
To have Jesus come=and sooth our fears?
Jesus told the apostles=
“IT IS I!”=when they were afraid=
And he tells us=THE SAME THING
When we are CHOKING
On our real life STRUGGLES=
Our health fears=our financial fears
And our relationship fears=
“IT IS I!”
“WHEN it was evening=
The disciples of Jesus=WENT
Down to the sea=embarked in a boat…….
Jesus had NOT YET=come to them
The sea was stirred up=
Because a strong wind=was blowing
When they had rowed=about
Three or four miles=they saw Jesus
WALKING on the sea…….and
They began=TO BE AFRAID
But he said to them=
‘IT IS I=do not be afraid’”
John 6:16-20
Think of YOUR STRUGGLES
Through your life=FEAR
Can do strange things=TO OUR psyches
But think about=your past STRUGGLES
And how Jesus=CAME OUT OF NOWHERE
To save you==to save me
How COMFORTABLE it is to hear
“IT IS I!”
From our Lord and Savior
Jesus Christ=Coming to RESCUE us
COMING TO SVE US!
“IT IS I=proclaiming victory=
Mighty to SAVE”
Isaiah 63:1
“She will give=birth
To a son=and you are
To give him=the name Jesus
Because he WILL SAVE his people
From their sins”

“Remember this=
Whoever turns a sinner
From the error=of their way
WILL SAVE them=

Dear Lord=we PRAY
When we are STRUGGLING=with
The rough winds=of our LIVES
Health=financial=and relationship
HELP us to=OPEN our hearts
And open up minds= so we can
HEAR you say=”IT IS I”

HOW IS IT?
How is it that we live in the richest country in the world
And we have 50 million people WITHOUT health care?
How is it?
How is it that we live in the richest country in the world
And have millions and millions of people living below the
poverty line and
without food?
How is it?
How is it that we are supposed to life in a moral country
and we are spending billions
And billions of dollars on the stripping, and pornographic
industries?
How is it?
How is it that there are 3 billion cases of reported sexual
child abuse in our country
A year?
How is it?
HOW IS IT?

THE GREAT UNIFIER
IS=THE HOLY SPIRIT OF GOD
This world=This country=IS CRYING OUT=FOR UNITY=Like never
BEFORE=UNFORTUNATELY=
DIVISION is PART of the human condition=WE are set apart=By
social=BY POLITICAL=and
ALONG religious lines=and there is ALSO GOVERNMENT and
INSTITUTIONAL DIVISION=
Right now=and even IN FAMILIES=but there is=STILL HOPE for us=for we have the
GREAT UNIFIER=
The Holy Spirit OF GOD!=Our world just has=TO LISTEN and TO
BELIEVE=”All the BELIEVERS=Were
ONE in heart and mind=No one claimed=That any of their
possessions=Was their own=But
They SHARED EVERYTHING they had”
Acts 4:32
And we can=STILL FIND UNITY=In our family=With our Friends==and
WITHIN RELIGIONS=
And government=Because we have=THE GREAT UNIFIER=The Holy
Spirit OF GOD!
THE RESURRECTION of Jesus=Changes the human condition=With
the GIFT of the Holy Spirit=
From the Father God and Jesus=WE FIND THE PROMISE=Of NEWNESS of life=And UNITY
=then we
STILL HAVE HOPE=That we can TRANSFORM=the division of this
world=to and THROUGH the FIRE=
Of DIVINE LOVE=The LOVE of=the Holy Father of God=and Jesus=as
well as=THE HOLY SPIRIT=
Of God=CAN still UNIFY US=with ONE heart and ONE MIND=THERE
IS HOPE!
“For if we=have been UNITED with him=In a death like his=We
will also certainly be=UNITED with
Him=In a Resurrection like his” Romans
6:5
“Therefore if you=Have any encouragement=From BEING UNITED
with Christ=IF any comfort=
From his love=If any common Sharing=from his Spirit=If any

The CHURCH=Can be a POWERFUL SIGN=of UNITY=Particularly
after Pentecost=The first
Christians Knew the UNIFYING EFFECT of=The Holy SPIRIT OF
GOD=and the LIVING WORD of life=
From JESUS and THE BIBLE=Because of their FAITH=and the
GREAT UNIFYING EFECT=Of the
HOLY SPIRIT OF GOD!

IN LOVE=So that they may
Have=The full richness of complete understanding=In order
that=they may know=The mystery
