AN EYEWITNESS=TO GOD'S LOVE=Saint John and us

 

 

 

 

 

 

AN EYEWITNESS=OF GOD’S LOVE

(Saint John=and US TOO)

 

Today=We HONOR=One of the ONLY WITNESSES of love=who

Was there=THROUGH Jesus’ life and death=Saint John=an

EYEWITNESS OF LOVE=we may NOT be eyewitnesses=but we

Are CALLED=to BE WITNESSES TOO=Modern day WITNESSES=of

Christ’s LOVE=and the Holy Father God’s LOVE=in today’s world

“……..What we HAVE SEEN=and heard=we PROCLAIM now to you……..”   1 John 1:3

 

John’s GOSPEL tells us=He was AN EYEWITNESS=to THE LOVE

Of Christ=and was there=AT THE COSS=we MAY NOT=have been

There=but we CAN=still be there=EMOTIONALLY and spiritually=and

WITNESS to Jesus’ love=IN this world+=John was an EYEWITNESS=for

Us all=but we are MODERN DAY WITNESSES TOO=to the LOVE OF

Christ and=the HOLY FATHER GOD

 

“ONE WITNESS=is not enough=to convict=Anyone accused of any crime=

Or offense=they have committed=A matter must be established=by the

Testimony of=two or three WITNESSES”                                                                             Deuteronomy 19:15

 

“But you will receive power=When the Holy Spirit comes to you=and

YOU will be MY WITNESSES=in Jerusalem=and in all Judea and Sanaria=

And to the ends=of the earth”                                                                                               Acts 1:8

 

“He himself(John the Baptist)=was not the light=He came=Only

AS A WITNESS=to the light”                                                                                                         John 1:8

 

That is right=MY DEAR FRIENDS=John the Baptist=was NOT the light=

JOHN THE APOSTLE=whom Jesus loved=was NOT the light=and NEITHER

Are we=WE are all to be WITNESSES=to the ONE TRUE LIGHT=Jesus

Christ=and the HOLY FATHER GOD=Saint John=was an EYEWITNESS=and

We are to BE WITNESSES too=and to TESTIFY

 

John the APOSTLE=was a LIVING WITNESS=for three years=to the

MIRACLES=Healings=Blessings=and parables=That Jesus made and did=and

He was with him=AT THE CROSS-In addition=to his GOSPEL=he wrote 3

Epistles=and the book of Revelation=He was an EYEWITNESS=to the cross=

TO JESUS’ PASSION and death=He testified to all of this=and we as

MODERN DAY APOSTLES=are to testify to it too!

 

“You study the Scriptures=Diligently because you think=that in them=you

Have ETERNAL LIFE=Theses are the very Scriptures=That TESTIFY about me=

Yet you refuse to come=to me to have life”                                                                                      John 5:39-40

 

“You know the commandments=’You shall not commit adultery=You

Shall not murder=You shall not steal=You shall not give FALSE TESTIMONY=

Honor your father and mother”                                                                                                           Luke 18:20

 

And John the APOSTLE=NEVER did lie=He told the TRUTH about Jesus-and

THE FATHER GOD=and love=IN ALL of the Sacred Scriptures=he wrote

Thousands of years ago

 

Yes YES=John was AN EYEWITNESS=to Jesus’ life=his passionate death=and

To THE Resurrection=and He took CARE of Mary=Jesus’ mother=the MOTHER

Of God=for the REST of her life=Until the Assumption

 

Yes=Saint John=was an eyewitness to LOVE=but we are too=and we are to BE

THE WITNESSES for Jesus Love=Because we have all the LIVING HOPE

That we need

 

In Jesus’ name=and in the NAME of our FOREVER LOVING and living Holy

Father God

TURNING 70 years young=ON JANUARY 19^th-2025

 

 

JANUARY 20^th, 2012

 

 

GOD’S GREATEST GIFT

 

 

The greatest gift that I ever received was the gift of life.  I don’t think that I began

To be conscious of that fact until I walked away from my first hospitalization, which

Began on my 22^nd birthday.

 

During the hospitalization, I was given 0 percent chance to survive.  Additionally,

Three of the next five years, I was in the hospital, in critical shape, in hospitalizations

That overlapped my birthday.  Add to that a lifetime of chronic illness and pain, and I

Began to see how precious that life was, and what a gift that it is.  And that it is not to

Be taken for granted.

 

I began a search for God, a search for God’s love, and a search to find God’s love in

All others.  Some of the things that I learned are; that the small things that happen in life

Are every bit as important as the big things.

 

The sending of a birthday card.  The receiving of a birthday card.  The phone call from

A friend to see how you are.  The phone call to a friend to see if there is anything that

You can do when they are facing tough times.  Holding a door for a stranger, giving up

your seat for someone on the bus.  These little ordinary things are just as important as the

big things.

 

I learned that little acts of kindness in life, both given and received, are very important.

I learned to see God in them.

 

And most of all, I learned that life, in whatever form, is God’s greatest gift.

In the Xth chapter of Saint Luke’ s Gospel

An expert asks Jesus he question:

“Who is my neighbor?”

Jesus responds

With the parable

Of the “Good” Samaritan

 

A bunch of robbers

Beat up a man

And leave him

By the side of the road

 

The robbers philosophy

Is much like

The criminals in our world today

 

“What is yours is mine

And I shall take it”

 

A priest and Levite

Pass by

And keep on going

Their philosophy is much like

Most employers and employees

In today’s world

 

“What is mine is mine

And I shall keep it”

 

Then the Samaritan comes by

And stops and helps the poor man

His philosophy is

 

“What is mine is yours

And I shall share it”

 

So I ask myself

I ask you

Who is your neighbor

What is your philosophy

Towards them

 

Who can we

Give a smile to

Who can we give

A listening ear to

Who can we say

A kind word about

 

A song is not a song

A Christian Saint=and THE FIRST CHRISTIAN MARTYR=who patterned

His life=After that of HIS HERO=Jesus Christ=You see=Stephen KNEW

From Jesus=That there is=ONLY ONE WAY=to TRIUMPH over evil=and

It was=it is=AND FOREVER WILL BE=THE LOVE OF=the Holy Father God=

You CAN=ONLY TRIUMPH=over evil=in this way!=THROUGH
GOD’S LOVE=JUSTICE=and forgiveness

 

“Your gates=will always stand open=-they will never be shut=day or night=

So that people may bring you=the wealth of the nations--------their

Kings led in TRIUMPHAL PROCESSION”                                                                                        Isaiah 60:11

 

“But thanks be to God=Who always leads us as captives=IN

CHRIST’S TRIUMPHAL PROCESSION=and uses us=to spread the aroma=

OUR GOD the Father’s PERFECT LOVE=Triumphing over evil=He knew it too

That is WHO=Saint Stephen was to be=He was to STAND TALL=In God’s

LOVE=justice and forgiveness=As he was being stoned=HE knew=LOVE
ALWAYS WINS=”But Stephen=full of the HOLY SPIRIT=Looked up to heaven=

And saw the glory of God=and Jesus=standing at the right hand of God”                             Acts 7:55

 

You see=Stephen KNEW=Through the LIFE of Christ=that LOVE TRIUMPHS=

OVER EVIL=There is ONLY ONE WAY=OVER EVIL=and it is THROUGH THE LOVE=

Of the Holy Father God=and his SON Jesus Christ=”Forgetting what is behind=and

Straining toward what is ahead=I press on=toward the goal==TO WIN THE PRIZE=

For which God=Has called me heavenward=In Christ Jesus”                                           Philippians 3:13-14

 

“……..So that your daily life=MAY WIN=the respect of outsiders=and so

(CHRISTMAS BLESSINGS)!

 

We LIVE in a DARK dark world=that seem to me=IS

Getting darker every day=but out of that darkness=some 2,000

Years ago=A LIGHT SHOWN THROUGH=The Light of our Loving God=

The NEVER ENDING=Everlasting=INFINITELY LOVING=always

Illuminating Light of God=Christmas Light=Christmas BLESSINGS

YEARNING FOR THE LIGHT!=”The people who walked in darkness=

Have seen A GREAT LIGHT”                                                                                                                Isiah 9:1

 

We live in a SECULAR WORLD=but we still are REMINDED of=The Light

Of Jesus=the LIGHT of the Holy Father God=In today’s world=ONE SUCH

REMINDER=is that FAMOUS CHRISTMAS TREE=of America=at the

New York Rockefeller Center=The first EVERGREEN=was ERUPTED

In 1931=and was just twenty feet tall=DECORATED only with

Cranberries and tin cans==and it did NOT GO UP=Until Christmas Eve

The tree today

 

IS 100 feet tall=with spectacular lights=and begins GLOWING around

Thanksgiving=Yet sometimes today=we miss=THE LIGHT OF GOD=of

The baby and LIFE of Jesus=IN THIS WORLD=YEARNING FOR THE LIGHT!=

And the TRUE Christmas Blessings=of the Holy Father God=and Jesus Christ

 

“You Lord=are my lamp=the Lord turns=My darkness=INTO LIGHT”                                   2 Samuel 22:29

 

“Your word is a lamp=for my feet=A LIGHT=On my path”                                              Psalm 119:105

 

“I will also make you=A LIGHT for the Gentiles=that my salvation may reach=

The ends of the earth”                                                                                                                          Isaiah 49:6

 

Our country=our world=is FULL OF DARKNESS=full of hatred=FULL

OF CRIME=but that FAMOUS CHRISTMAS TREE=is a SYMBOL of=God

The Holy Father=and his Son Jesus=We are just=YEARNING for THAT LIGHT!=

Reaching for the LIGHT OF GOD=and those CHRISTMAS BLESSINGS!=Oh how

We NEED the BRIGHT LIGHTS=and deep roots=of God and Jesus=the SON

This time of year=Just=YEARNING FOR THE LIGHT=of the HOLY FATHER GOD!

 

“The people living in darkness=have seen A GREAT LIGHT=on those living

In the land=of the shadow of death=A LIGHT HAS DAWNED”                                              Matthew 4:16

 

“For God who said’=’LET LIGHT=shine out of darkness’=made his light=

Shine in our hearts=to give us THE LIGHT-of the knowledge=Of God’s

Glory=Displayed=In the face of Christ”                                                                                          2 Corinthians 4:6

 

“This is the message=we have heard from him=and declare to you=

GOD IS LIGHT=and in him=there is no darkness at all”                                                           1 John 1:5

 

And so my dear friends=TODAY=this Christmas=this Christmas week=

And every day of the year=let us COUNT OUR BLESSINGS=for the

TRUE LIGHT OF THE WORLD=came on Christmas Day=He entered

HUMAN HISTORY=and is a LIGHT for us=No matter what is going on

In our lives=and in this world=THE LIGHT OF GOD=Is here to stay=

YEARNING=FOR THAT CHRISTMAS LIGHT OF HOPE=and Christmas

The Light of God=The LIGHT OF Jesus=lives in you and me=The Light

Of HOPE lives on=in us=and in every Christmas tree=MERRY CHRISTMAS!

PATIENCE IS EVERYTHING

 

 

You say you can have success

You say you can be the best

But they are only words

Until you do it

Until you prove it

Until you pass the most severe test

 

You know you want it all

You know you want it now

But patience is the key

Patience is everything

And sometimes if you wait

If you stick it out awhile                                                                                     

The success you have planned

It’ll come-but not right now

 

All the time you’re waiting

Your inner juices are burning

Burning like a raging fire

Burning with uncontrollable desire

 

There’s only one thing standing in your way

You need another chance

And your life will be enhanced

You know you got to prove it

And with another chance

You know you’re going to dance

 

When you’ve been healthy you’ve always been the best

And with another opportunity

You know you won’t be anything less

 

But the days come and the days go

Nothing changes

And you struggle and fight

To keep those priorities from rearranging

But you still don’t know

If that chance will ever come

And with each passing day

The insecurity gets deeper

And you carry it to bed with you far into every night

 

You keep telling yourself patience is the key

You keep telling yourself patience is everything

You wonder how long you can remain ready

You wonder if your chance will ever come

You wonder how long you can maintain your burning desires

And if with time

Your hope and dreams won’t succumb

 

You know you were once the best

You know if you were right

You wouldn’t be anything less

 

But can you remain patient

Can you remain calm

Can you just pass the time

Can you weather the storm

 

If you really want to prove it

If you really want to do it

You’ll have to remain patient

Because patience is the key

                   But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, PATIENCE, kindness, goodness,

                   SURRENDERING to God is the only way to truly find yourself---at least it

                   Was for me---as long as I kept trying to live life by my own agenda---it just

                   Wasn’t working

NOT SO EASY=IF YOU ARE ME=to make 70 years

 

 

 

 

 

 

NOT SO EASY=IF YOU ARE ME

(To make 70 YEARS)

 

Psalm 90=tells us=GOD GIVES US 70 years=80

IF YOU ARE STRONG=”Our days may COME to 70 years=or eighty

If our strength ENDURES”                                                                                                                         Psalm 90:10

 

To MANY of you=this is a PIECE OF CAKE-You will make 80-90=

MAYBE EVEN 100 years=but to MAKE SEVENTY=has not been so EASY

For me=But I will take it=ONE DAY AT A TIME=for each day=is a

CHALLENGE for me=and many of us=ARE NOT BLESSED AT ALL

Dying young=That could have happened to me too=But God KEPT ME

Alive for some REASON=NOT SO EASY=IF YOU ARE ME=”For my yoke-

IS EASY=and my burden=is LIGHT”                                                                                                     Matthew 11:30

 

So my FRIENDS=if you are LOVED ENOUGH=to be enjoying ANOTHER

Year of life this year=No matter how old you are=going to be=GIVE THANKS

To the Lord=for NOTHING IS GUARANTEED=in this life=ME=I am going to be

70 years YOUNG=On January 19^th=5:27-28AM= I THINK=Giving THANKS to

The Lord=and I am going to ENJOY this day=THIS PRECIOUS DAY with the Lord=

For ANOTHER DAY=with the HOLY FATHER GOD=and All of you my dear brothers

And sisters=as well as our EVER LIVING Jesus

 

“……..so that you=Your children=and their children after them=May fear

The Lord your God=as long as you LIVE=by keeping all the decrees and

Commands =that I give you=and so that you MAY ENJOY LONG LIFE”                        Deuteronomy 6:2

 

“……..so that=it may go well with you=and that you MAY ENJOY=

LONG LIFE=on the earth”                                                                                                                           Ephesians 6:3

 

“He chose to be mistreated=Along with the people of God=Rather than

TO ENJOY=the fleeting pleasures of sin”                                                                                    Hebrews 11:25

 

And so MY DEAR BROTHERS AND SISTERS=I HOPE you all are=

GOING TO ENJOY= a long life of 70 years or MORE=and ACCOMPLISH

A lot=for it has been=“NOT SO EASY=FOR ME”!=”……..so is my word=That

Goes out from my mouth==It will not return to me empty=BUT WILL ACCOMPLISH

What I desire and achieve=THE PURPOSE=for which I sent it”                                                 Isaiah 55:11

 

You see=I SURVIVED the last rights=WHEN I was 22=due to gangrene=

Peritonitis(3 times that year)=gram negative septicemia=and a BLOOD COUNT

That went down to three=and GOD REWARDED ME=with more life=MORE LIFE

Than I ever EXPECTED TO SEE

 

So I SALUTE you all=for another year=OF LIFE this year=and will KEEP you all

IN MY PRAYERS=That I=that you=can keep on going=and that I FOREVER=

REMEMBER MY DEATH BED PROMISE=”TO LIVE=for my family=my friends=and

FOR ALL PEOPLE EVERYWHERE”=for it has been=NOT SO EASY FOR ME

GOOD LOVEN=AT THIS BEAUTIFUL TIME OF YEAR

(Merry Christmas!)

 

WHEN=I moved back to Pittsburgh=a few months ago=Some

Of MY BEST FRIENDS=In this world=who have HELPED ME so much

INTRODUCED me=to a sandwich shop=called GOOD LOVEN=where

I have got food several times=and it was great=but on this=this

CHRISTMAS DAY=let us take a few moments=to think about

THE GOOD LOVING=that comes from our HOLY FATHER GOD=and

His Son Jesus Christ=They send us LOVE every day=and the Father

Sent his SON=as a sacrifice for us all

 

Jesus’ LOVE came to us= some 2,000 years ago=Good Loven sandwich

Shop=and the GOOD LOVING=that comes from=OUR HOLY FATHER GOD=This

Christmas day=and EVERY single day of our lives=”All the ways of the Lord=

ARE LOVING and faithful=Toward those who keep the demands of his

Covenant”                                                                                                                                                        Psalm 25:10

 

“KEEP ON LOVING=one another=as brothers and sisters=Do not forget

To show hospitality=to show hospitality to strangers=For by doing some

People=Have shown hospitality to angels=Without knowing it”                                        Hebrews 13:1-2

 

“This is how we know=That we love the children of God=BY LOVING GOD=

And carrying out his commands”                                                                                                     1 John 5:2

 

And so on=this CHRISTMAS DAY=on Wednesday=December, 25^th=

Never forget=HOW MUCH=The HOLY FATHER GOD=loved you=BY SENDING

Jesus=as a SACRIFICE OF LOVE=for us all=And Jesus=giving to us

THROUGH his pain and humiliation=Jesus is carrying out=Through

The command of LOVE=from his FATHER

 

Because of them=Our LOVING GOD(s)=we have the HOPE of eternal

Salvation=FOREVER with them=GOOD LOVEN=GOOD LOVING=in

Our God of love=The Holy Father God and Jesus=and through the

DIVINE WORD=which comes to us=through the SPIRIT OF GOD

GOOD LOVING!=God loves us so much!

Our Eternal Father=and his SON Jesus=and the gift of ETERNAL HOPE=that

We have=Because of them=MERRY CHRISTMAS!=my dear brothers and

Sisters=GOOD LOVEN=is not just a GREAT SANDWICH SHOP=but it is

THE LOVE=of our Holy Father God=and Jesus=GIVEN to us every day of

STAYING FULL OF PRAISE=FOR GOD AND OTHERS

STAYING FULL OF PRAISE

(For OUR GOD=and Others)

We are EXACTLY=One week day from=Christmas Eve=and

Two days before=THE GREATEST LIVING EVENT=in human history=

THE BIRTH=Of our Lord=and Savior Jesus Christ=The SON of

The Holy Father God

For that reason ALONE=it is important=That we STAY FULL OF PRAISE

For our Holy Father God=and Jesus=and we CONTINUE to PRAISE OTHERS=

For their lives=WHEN we can="You my child=shall be CALLED the prophet of

THE MOST HIGH=for you will go before the Lord=to PREPARE his way........"                    Luke 1:76

BEFORE the GREATEST EVENT=Jesus' coming=we had his COUSIN John=come

And PREPARE the way for him=DON'T FORGET the lesson=from John's Father

Zechariah=WHEN he could speak again=How MUCH PRAISE Zechariah had=for

The Holy Father God=and HIS MISSION and PRAISE=for his son=and the

FUTURE MINISTRY of Jesus=DON'T FORGET that that is our JOB TOO=to PRAISE

The MINISTRY of Jesus=That is the Christian's job too=so be FULL OF PRAISE

For God and OTHERS

"I will proclaim=the name of the Lord=OH PRAISE the greatness=

Of our God!"                                                                                                              Deuteronomy 32:3

"The Lord lives!=PRAISE BE to my Rock!=Exalted be my God=the Rock

My Savior"                                                                                                                           2 Samuel 22:47

"Let me live=That I may PRAISE YOU=and may your laws Sustain me"                   Psalm 119:175

MOST of us=probably don't have much in common=with John the Baptist=

We don't wear camel's hair=or eat locusts=and wild honey=at least I don't

Think so=but like John

WHEN we gather=with FAMILY and friends today=and tomorrow=for

Jesus' COMING=The COMING of the Lord=with his Holy Father God=we

Have to REALIZE=That it is about HOPE=about GOD'S LIFE coming

Into the world=so have TRUE JOY=with YOUR FAMILY and friends=Take PLEASURE

In their company=and STAY FULL OF PRAISE=For God the Holy Father=for Jesus=and HOLD

ON to that PRAISE=every day of your life

"For he chose us=in him=Befoe the creation of the world=to be holy

And blameless=in his sight=In love=he predestined us= for adoption to

Sonship=through Jesus Christ=in accordance with his pleasure and will--------

To the PRAISE=of his glorious grace=which he has freely given us-in

The one he loves"                                                                                                             Ephesians 1:4-6

"Is anyone among you=in trouble?=Let them pray=Is anyone happy?=

Let them sing songs=OF PRAISE"                                                                               James 5:13

And so my dear friends=my dear brothers and sisters=Have those

You love on Christmas Eve and Christmas=and EVERY DAY of the year=and

PRAISE GOD==with your WORDS and actions=and ENJOY each other's

Company

ALWAYS STAY=Full of Christ's PRAISE=and the Holy Father God's PRAISE=and

For those around you=HAPPY BIRTHDAY DEAR Jesus=SON of the LIVING GOD=

We OFFER our PRAISE=glory=and our lives back to you

MERRY CHRISTMAS EVE=and Christmas day=I love you all=and OUR JESUS

And his Father=LOVE you all even more

January 8^th       

 

“The Building Business”

 

Jesus was

A carpenter by trade

 

He could have built anything

A home, a building

Any of the 7 wonders

Of the world

But he taught us how

To build something

Much more important

He taught us how

To build a life

 

We are

 Each the own carpenter

Of our life

And we can choose

What we put into our lives

 

We can choose

To put in love, forgiveness, and kindness

Or we can choose

Things like

Hatred, revenge, and indifference to others

 

Our Lord

Gave us the recipe

For a life that endures

 

Follow Christ’s teaching

And we have a life

Built on rock

 

Choose the other road

And we have a life

Built on sand

 

One thing is for certain

We will all be challenged

And tested in our life

 

Challenged by illness

Challenged by the death of a loved one

Challenged by a broken relationship

Or even just challenged

By the daily grind

 

One thing is for sure

Nothing was ever

Built on hatred

 

But if we build our life

On Christ’s teachings

Of love, forgiveness, and kindness

We will build

A LIFE THAT LASTS

And Christ Jesus

 

 

 

JANUARY 7^th

 

 

FIND A DREAM

 

 

Plodding along day by day

Never seeming to get anywhere

The world is holding you at bay

Sometimes even knocking you back

But you continue to work

To get back on the track

Until you find what it is

That you lack

Sometimes you never find it

But you keep looking for the way

 

Dreams have been battered

Dreams have been broken

The dreams you once had

Are now only a token

But you make new dreams

You make new plans

Whether or not you can reach them

You don’t really know

But you’ve got to give it all you got

You’ve got to give a go

 

You go out day after day

Doing what you have to do

Not wanting your new dreams

To go astray

You’re mindful of your purpose

And you do whatever it is that you must

 

And then it happens again

Disaster strikes down all your dreams

Yow want to give up

You want to cry

But somehow you manage to capture some self-esteem

You ask yourself why

Why is it me

That fate must frown down upon

 

But then you look around to see

That somehow you just have to hang on

Until your soul is filled with glee

 

For one thing that’s true about dreams

No matter how many times they’ve been broken

No matter how many time they’ve become just a token

We can always create a brand new dream

And look for it in tomorrow

Fighting through our heartbreak

And all or sorrow

To plod along day by day

To somehow find a way

 

Until we can find the dream

That we can look to and look to

And make come true

Ps              as time marched on---I began to realize that the personal aspirations for my      

                  life---career-family-children---do to my health situation---and finances     

                  because of that--- were NEVER going to happen

 

                  so I began to really focus on my promise---“to live for my family, friends

                  and all people everywhere”

 

                  when I talk to people---if it is someone that seems to be overwhelmed with

                  their own problems---I try to tell them to focus on trying to help someone else

 

                  the one thing that I have learned through my life---is that the past is the past

                  and to leave it there---tomorrow is the FIRST DAY of the rest of your life

 

                  We are ALL CHILDREN OF GOD and GOD LOVES each and every one of

                   Us

THE SURPRISE OF GOD'S LOVE

 

 

 

 

 

 

THE SURPRISE=OF GOD’S LOVE

 

OVER the million of years=OF TIME=Who could have

Ever guessed=HOW God would speak to us=and who and

THE WAYS=he would use?=Who could have ever GUESSED=that

God would come=IN A MANGER=as a  little baby?=Some 2,000

Years ago=THE GOD OF SURPRISES=the surprise of GOD’S LOVE=

“He asked=for a tablet and wrote=’John is his name’=and all were

Amazed”                                                                                                                                               Luke 1:63

 

Who can FORGET the story=Of Zechariah=as he wanted=His baby

To be named after him?=But the Lord out God=had another idea=The

Lord wanted the name of John=But Zechariah was being stubborn=so

God made him=UNABLE to speak=UNTIL Zechariah=Wrote on

A writing tablet=”HIS NAME IS JOHN”=and then IMMEDIATELY his

Voice came back=THE GOD OF SURPRISES=The SURPRISE

Of God’s love

 

We all THINK=we know the WAYS of God’s will=of Jesus’ will=when

Jesus is COMING BACK=for a second time=but I assure you=boys and

Girls=WE DON’T HAVE A CLUE=as to when=and HOW he is going to

Come back=We MISSED HIM the first time=We will probably miss him

The second time too=THE GOD OF SURPRISES=the surprise of God ‘s love-

THE WAYS=in which he works

 

“If you are pleased=with me=Teach me YOUR WAYS=so I may know you=

And continue=to find favor with you=Remember that this nation=Is your

People”                                                                                                                                                Chronicles 33:13

 

“ALL THE WAYS=of the Lord=are loving and faithful=toward those

Who keep=the demands of his covenant”                                                                                  Psalm 25:10

 

“For my thoughts are=Not your thoughts=Neither are YOUR WAYS=

My WAYS’=Declares the Lord”                                                                                                    Isaiah 55:8

 

We have OUR CHRISTMAS=Our holiday traditions=which is great=but

We have to KEEP our hearts open=our minds and our souls=OPEN for

GOD’S next great surprise=That he springs on us=THE HUMAN RACE=WE

Know not how=or who=HE WILL USE=Maybe even he could use you and me=

THE SURPRISE OF GOD’S LOVE=are you ready for it?=The LORD’S next great surprise

BE SURPRISED=in the WAYS=of God’s love

 

“As for God=HIS WAY is perfect=The Lord’s word is flawless=He shields all

Who take refuge in him”                                                                                                                  2 Samuel 22:31

 

“Jesus answered’=’I am the WAY=and the truth-and the life=NO ONE

Comes to the Father=except through me’”                                                                       John 14:6

 

So KEEP all of your Christmas traditions=Your Hanukkah traditions=but

ALWAYS remain open=to THE SURPRISE=of Our God’s love=You never know

WHO OR WHAT=Our Holy Father God and Jesus will use=and HOW he

WILL BE COMING AGAIN=The SURPRISE=OF GOD’S LOVE=and how he

May come again

 

In the Lord Jesus’ and the HOLY FATHER GOD’S EVER LIVING LOVE=and in the

SURPRISES of their WAYS!
