THAT WINNING FEELING!

 

THAT WINNING FEELING!

 

So many of us=are in MAJOR BATTLES

Right now

We will SURVIVE THOUGH

WE will WIN

 

We will win=we will

Find THAT WINNING FEELING!

In God and Jesus

 

Jesus did=RISE from the dead

I am sure=we won’t do that

There is

ONLY ONE GOD=and Jesus

But=WE WILL WIN!

 

We will survive

FINDING THAT WINNING FEELING!

In God and Jesus

 

“I press on toward

The goal

TO WIN THE PRIZE

 

For which God

Has called me heavenward

In Christ Jesus”                                                                                                                         Philippians 3:14

 

“……..so that your daily life

MAY WIN=the respect

Of outsiders

 

And so that

You will NOT-

Be dependent on anyone”                                                                                           1 Thessalonians 4:12

 

But we are DEPENDENT

On someone=we

Are dependent ON GOD

And our Jesus=

We are DEPENDENT ON THEM

To survive

In this tough world

 

Depending on them

For=THAT WINNING FEELING!

 

We can SURVIVE

The tricks of the devil

We can survive

The things

That this world THROWS AT US

By living

ON the HOPE of God

By living=

On the hope

Of Christ Jesus!

 

FINDING THAT WINNING FEELING!

In God=In Christ Jesus

PERSEVERING in Jesus Christ

 

“May those-

Who fear you rejoice

When they see me

 

For I have

PUT MY HOPE=In your word”                                                                                                Psalm 119:74

 

“But those WHO HOPE

In the Lord=will renew their strength

 

They will soar

On wings like eagles=

They will run

And not grow weary

 

They will walk

And not grow faint”                                                                                                     Isaiah 40:31

 

“Command those who are rich

In this present world

 

Not to be arrogant

Nor to put their HOPE

In wealth

 

But to PUT THEIR HOPE

In God=

Who richly provides us

With everything=for our enjoyment”                                                                        1 Timothy 6:17

 

SO KEEP FIGHTING-

The good fight=KEEP FIGHTING

The fight for God

No matter=what the BATTLES ARE

 

And you will find

THAT WINNING FEELING=

That winning FEELING=of the Lord

And Christ Jesus

 

In Jesus’ name=and in the name=of our ALWAYS VICTORIOUS Holy Father God!

DO THEY MEET=IN YOU

 

DO THEY MEET=IN YOU

 

Today we read

About the EXTRAORDINARY RELATIONSHIP

That EXISTS

Between truth and PEACE

 

What outstanding people

We are-

If we speak with OBJECTIVE TRUTH

And go

Out of our way

To KEEP THE PEACE=in all circumstances

 

“Kindness and TRUTH shall meet=

Justice and PEACE shall kiss”                                                                                             Psalm 85:11

 

Yes=what extraordinary people

We are=IF WE LIVE

With all of these qualities

KINDNESS AND TRUTH

JUSTICE AND PEACE

 

Not some self-righteous truth

NOT SOME TRUTH

That furthers

What we want=in our life

But the TRUTH OF GOD

That brings love

To all that need it

IN THIS WORLD

 

“I the Lord

SPEAK THE TRUTH

I declare=what is right”                                                                                                    Isaiah 45:19

 

“Yet a time=is coming

And has now come

 

When the true worshipers

Will worship the Father

In the Spirit=AND IN TRUTH

 

For they are

The kind of worshipers

The Father seeks”                                                                                                                John 4:23

 

Nor do JUSTICE AND PEACE

Quickly meet

In a human being

DO THEY MEET=IN US?

 

Encouraging and SUPPORTING JUSTICE

Requires courage

And steady determination

We may even

 

HAVE to go so far

For the cause=as to GIVE OUR LIFE

For it

 

Do all these qualities=

MEET IN YOU?

 

So when justice and peace KISS

It is a remarkable relationship

Between the two

 

“Therefore this is what

I will to you=Israel

 

And because =I will do this

To you Israel=prepare

TO MEET YOUR GOD”                                                                                                        Amos 4:12

 

“After that

We who are still alive

And are left

 

Will be caught up together

With them

In the clouds=TO MEET

The Lord=in the air

 

And so we will be

With the Lord forever”                                                                                           1 Thessalonians 4:17

 

Do ALL=of these qualities

MEET IN YOU?

Kindness=truth=justice=and peace

 

IF they do

Your are surely=LIVING

As a person

FILLED WITH GREAT HOPE
