FINDING A DEEPER SPIRITUAL

CONNECTION WITH GOD

Wouldn't WE all like

A DEEPER spiritual connection

With God?  With Jesus?

In these times of technology

And NOISE=it seems like

Someone or something IS

Invading our comfort zone=

At EVERY single moment

Our world is FILLED with

Distractions-with disturbances-

And INTERRUPTIONS

“COME AWAY by yourselves

To a deserted place

And REST awhile”                                                                                          Mark 6:31

It just seems as though

We have to make TIME

For ourselves=make room

FOR OURSELVES

It just seems as though

We have to FIND a

Deserted place=a QUIET PLACE

For ourselves to PRAY

To FORM a deeper SPIRITUAL

CONNECTION with God

Finding that deeper CONNECTION

Finding that quiet PLACE

WITH GOD

“He makes me lie down

In green pastures

He leads me

Beside QUIET WATERS”                                                                                         Psalm 23:2

“And to make it

Your ambition

To lead=A QUIET life

You should mind

Your own business

And work 

With your hands

Just as we told you”                                                                                            1 Thessalonians 4:11

“Rather-it should be

That of your INNER LIFE

The unfading beauty

Of a gentle-and

QUIET SPIRIT

Which is of great worth

In God's sight”                                                                                                     1 Peter 3:4

FINDING that QUIET place=

Finding a deeper SPIRITUAL CONNECTION

With God

Jesus often left his disciples

And spent some time ALONE=

PRAYING to his Father

Perhaps that is WHAT

We need to do too=

SPEND some time alone

With our Father GOD=in order

To develop

That DEEPER SPIRITUAL CONNECTION

In that time=we can

FORM that deeper relationship

With God

“Never be lacking

In zeal

But keep

Your SPIRITUAL FERVOR

Serving the Lord”                                                                                                         Romans 12:11

“........you also

Like living stones

Are being built

Into a SPIRITUAL HOUSE

To be a holy priesthood

Offering SPIRITUAL sacrifices

Acceptable to God

Through Jesus Christ”                                                                                           1 Peter 2:5

Dear Lord=we CRAVE

That SPIRITUAL TIME with you 

That alone time=that QUIET TIME

Where we can find

A DEEPER SPIRITUAL CONNECTION 

With you 

Like your SON Jesus

THERE we can find

What is really MEANINGFUL in our

Life=like you LORD=and our FAMILY
