PEOPLE OF GOODWILL  AND LOVE=

(Are in DIRECT CONTRAST=To some others)!

 

There is a FUNDAMENTAL QUESTION=at large=In today’s world=and that is=

HOW are we LIVING OUR FAITH?=Are we Living lives=OF GOODWILL  and LOVE?=

Towards all others?=Or are we LIVING lives=FULL OF HATRED and Exclusion?=”Herod

Feared John=KNOWING him to be a RIGHTEOUS and HOLY MAN……..”     Mark 6:20

Is it any DIFFERENT TODAY=Than it was 2,000 years ago?

 

IF we are living lives=THE RIGHT WAY=Living Lives of=GOODWILL AND LOVE=Toward

ALL others=It should come across in GOODWILL=and it should SHOW=some

Fascination with Jesus=IF we are LOVING GOD=and Loving others=It should be=

READILY APPARENT to others=BEING ATTRACTIVE to others=Is matter of=LIVING

Out of love and GOODWILL=Like Jesus Christ=and it is=A MATTER OF DIRECT CONTRAST-

Toward  some others=In today’s world

“You intended to harm me=But God INTENDED it FOR GOOD=To accomplish what=

Is now being done=THE SAVING OF MANY LIVES”                                                                              Genesis 56:2

“Trust in the Lord=and DO GOOD=Dwell in the land=and enjoy safe pasture”      Psalm 37:3

“He has shown you=O mortal=WHAT IS GOOD=And what does the Lord=Require of you?=

To act justly=and love mercy=and to walk humbly=With your God”                                            Micah 6:8

 

Two thousand years ago=A little before Jesus=We had his cousin=John the Baptist=DOING GOOD=

And King Herod=Was fascinated with John=”He liked to LISTEN to him” (Mark 6:20)=And yet

He FEARED John too=”Knowing him to=Be a righteous and a HOLY MAN” (Mark 6:20)=John was

A man of GOODWILL AND LOVE=and Herod ENVIED John’s popularity=with the people=and

Herod himself was a tyrant=and ACHIEVED his power=Through intimidation=and BRUTE FORCE=

In DIRECT CONTRAST to John the Baptist!=and some others=NOTABLY Jesus=It was 2,000 years ago=And yet it is NO DIFFERENT TODAY=LIVE with Goodwill and LOVE=and people will=

TAKE NOTICE=Of the GOD OF LOVE=in you=It will make you=ATTRACTIVE TO OTHERS!

 

“WHAT  GOOD=is it for=Someone to Gain the whole world=Yet forfeit their soul?=Or what CAN

Anyone give=In exchange for their soul?”                                                                                            Mark 8:36

“And we know=That in all things=God WORKS for the GOOD=of those who love him=Who have been

Called according to his purpose”                                                                                                           Roman s 8:28

“……..Being confident of this=That He who began=A GOOD WORK=in you=Will carry it on

To completion=Until the day Of Christ Jesus”                                                                                Philippians 1:6

 

Dear Lord=I thank you=WE THANK YOU=For the  people of GOODWILL AND LOVE=In our

Lives=and we will TRY=to  MAKE  God and Jesus=Number one in our lives=and make an=

ATTEMPT at LOVING ALL OTHERS=In our lives of FAITH

We thank you=FOR these people=of GOODWILL=OF LOVE=and of INCLUSIVENESS=For

NOT all of us=are BUILT this way=Some others=Live in DIRECT CONTRAST=to the people=

Of Our God’s LOVE

“You Lord=hear the DESIRE of the afflicted=YOU ENCOURAGE THEM=and you listen to=

Their Cry”                                                                                                                                                               Psalm 10:17
