EVEN IF=WE DON'T GET WHAT WE WANT=TRUST GOD

 

 

 

 

 

 

EVEN IF=WE DON’T GET=WHAT WE WANT

(Trust God)

 

For MOST=of the early years of MY LIFE=I PRAYED to

The Holy Father God and to Jesus=That they HELP me ATTAIN=a

Professional career=and FIND a woman to share my life with=and

BUILD a family=and a life=Though I thought=it was GOING to happen

At times=It never did=But God and Jesus=Gave me SOMETHING BETTER=

A life=TOTALLY DEPENDENT on them=Years and years with my FAMILY=

And MORE wonderful WOMEN FRIENDS=and men friends=Than a man

Has a RIGHT TO HAVE

 

EVEN WHEN WE=DON’T GET WHAT WE WANT=Trust God=Job did=The

Apostles and the Saints did=and so did THE PROPHETS of=The Old

Testament=”You shall NOT=put The Lord=Your God=to the TEST”                                            Luke 4:12

 

I think=WE all make BARGAINS with God=PROMISES to God=To try

And GET what we want=WHEN I was on my deathbed=I PROMISED our God

Of love=That if GIVEN LIFE=I would live a life FOR OTHERS=and our GOD OF LOVE=

Has HELPED me=to TRY and keep that promise=He has PUT ME=to the test=

And I have COME CLOSE=to giving up at times=But our God of LOVE=has

SUSTAINED ME=and stood by me

 

And so MY PRAYERS for you=MY dear brothers and sisters=That when your

PRAYERS=are NOT ANSWERED=that you still TRUST GOD=I did=and I am  not

Sorry=He has given me=ALL OF YOU!=TRUST GOD=Live with Hope=

EVEN IF=YOU DON’T GET WHAT YOU WANT!

 

“Some trust in chariots=and some in horses=BUT WE TRUST=in the name=

Of the Lord our God”                                                                                                                                      Psalm 20:7

 

“This is what=The Sovereign Lord=The Holy One of Israel says’=

‘In repentance=and rest is your salvation=In quietness and TRUST=is your

Strength=but you would have none of it’”                                                                                    Isaiah 30:15

 

“Now it is required=That those who have been=GIVEN A TRUST=Must

Prove faithful”                                                                                                                                                  Corinthians 4:2

 

God is MORE than just an answer=To our PRAYERS=More than just

Giving us WHAT WE WANT=and wish for=He calls us to have an EVEN IF FAITH=

That=EVEN IF WE=DON’T GET WHAT WE WANT

That we CONTINUE to SERVE him=Trust him and LIVE WITH FAITH AND HOPE=and

Love=and NOT GIVE UP=Trust God=CONTINUE TO SERVE!

“And now Israel=What does the Lord=Your God ask of you=but to fear the Lord

Your God=to walk in obedience=to him=TO SERVE the Lord your God=with all

Your heart and with all your soul……..”                                                                                                        Isaiah 10:12

 

And so MY DEAR BROTHERS and sisters=Crank up that=EVEN IF FAITH=and

Continue to trust God=Even if=You DON’T GET WHAT YOU WANT!=I did=and I am

Not sorry=I got what I needed=IN ALL OF YOU

 

KEEP the Holy Father God=and the LORD Jesus=At the CENTER of your Life=for

AS LONG as you live=No matter the pain=no matter THE SUFFERING=and no matter

The loss=and LIVE WITH HOPE!

 

Dear Jesus=Dear Holy Father God OF LOVE=we will Continue to SERVE YOU=and live

WITH HOPE=and be Your 21^st century apostles=EVEN IF=we don’t get what we want
