CITIZENS OF HEAVEN

 

 

 

 

 

 

A DESIRE=TO MAKE US

(CITIZENS OF HEAVEN)!

 

Our Holy Father God=From the very BEGINNING=Knew he

WANTED to make us=in his IMAGE=He knew he wanted to=

Make us=Children of God

 

That is WHY=he sent the ANGEL Gabriel=to Mary to announce

THE GOOD NEWS=That his SON=Jesus was coming=”But the ANGEL=

Said to her’=’Do not be afraid Mary=you have found FAVOR with God=

You will conceive=And GIVE BIRTH=to a son=and you are to call him-Jesus’”   Luke 1:30

“The Lord God=Will give him the throne=Of his Father David=and he will

Reighn over Jacob’s descendants=forever=His kingdom will NEVER END”          Luke 1:32-33

 

And so my Brothers and Sisters=on this= the Feast of the Annunciation=It is

Very important=for us to really recognize=This Good NEWS=that the ONE=

And only Holy Father God=had a DESIRE=to make us=CITIZENS OF HEAVEN!=

From the very beginning=The Angel GABRIEL’S Annunciation to Mary=signals

A new reign=for the people=IN the History of Israel=That and the PRAYERS of

Mary=and the life=of her Son Jesus=usher in a NEW WAY=for the Kingdom of God

 

The IMMACULATE CONCEPTION of Mary=Meant the reign of sin=was COMING

To an end=It also meant=That from now on=we would be CITIZENS OF HEAVEN=in

The ETERNAL Kingdom of God=when we leave this world=A DESIRE to make us=

CITIZENS OF HEAVEN too=In the ETERNAL KINGDOM of God=”But our

CITIZENSHIP=is in HEAVEN=and we eagerly await=a SAVIOR from there=the

Lord Jesus Christ=Who by the power=that enables him=to bring everything

Under his control…….”                                                                                                              Philippians 3:20

 

“Take delight=In the Lord=and he will give you=THE DESIRES=of your heart”   Psalm 37:4

“What a person DESIRES=is unfailing love=Better to be poor-than a liar”          Proverbs 19:22

“Those who live=according to the flesh=Have minds set on=What the FLESH

Desires=But those who live=In accordance with the Spirit=Have their minds

Set on=WHAT THE SPIRIT DESIRES”                                                                                      Romans 8:5

 

Mary had her HEART and=her mind=set on PLEASING God=from the very beginning=

That is WHY=she was called=By the angel Gabriel=At the Annunciation=and that

Is why=she CONCEIVED IMMACULATELY=and bore Jesus=Because the Holy Father

God=had the DESIRE=to make us=CITIZENS OF HEAVEN!=He wanted us to be=

HIS CHILDREN=and BROTHERS AND SISTERS=to his Son Jesus=and to be

21^st CENTURY APOSTLES!

 

And so=we LIVE=for the Holy Father God=and Jesus and Mary=and Joseph=in

THIS WORLD=and recognize=If we follow him=we will be with them=IN HEAVEN=

And in PARADISE=”This is what the Lord says’=’HEAVEN is my throne=and

The earth is my footstool=Where is the house=You will build for me?=Where

Will my resting place be?’”                                                                                                                 Isaiah 66:1

“Jesus answered him’=’Truly I tell you=Today you will be with me in

PARADISE’”                                                                                                                                          Luke 23:43

“To the one=who is victorious=I will give the right=to eat from the

TREE OF LIFE=which is the=PARADISE OF GOD”                                                        Revelation 2:7

 

SOMEDAY=I HOPE you and me=all MAKE it to HEAVEN=and live

In PARADISE=for we all are=CHILDREN OF GOD!

 

In Jesus’ name=and in the name=Of Jesus=Mary and Joseph=and the ONE

TRUE FATHER of us all=the Holy Father God
