BE CHILDREN OF LIGHT!

(Not of this WORLD)

 

Jesus’ PARABLES=Have a way of MAKING us think=To say the LEAST=They

Turn our world=UPSIDE DWN=”For the CHILDREN of this WORLD=Are more

Prudent=In dealing with their own generation=Than are the=CHILDREN OF LIGHT”   Luke 16:8

Today Jesus PRAISES=a child of=THE WORLD=for his intellectual prudence=It

Is about

 

A business manager=WHO BILKS his boss=Who is DOWN on his luck=But ends

Up=Receiving his boss’ PRAISES=He CONNIVES his way=Out of a situation=and

Jesus praises=HOW=the children of THIS WORLD=Knows how to act=Nevertheless=

He wants us to be=CHILDREN OF THE LIGHT=and he wants us=To GUARD our eternal

BLESSINGS=even more so

“Through the praise=Of CHILDREN and infants=You have established a stronghold=

Against your enemies=To silence the foe=and the avenger”                                                          Psalm 8:2

“Even small CHILDREN=are known by their actions=So is their conduct really pure

And upright?”                                                                                                                                                       Proverbs 8:11

“At that time’=Jesus said=’I praise  you Father=Lord of heaven and earth=Because you

Have hidden these things=From the wise and the learned=and revealed them to

LITTLE CHILDREN”                                                                                                                                          Matthew 11:25

 

Jesus and=Our Holy Father God=do not want you=To be DECEITFUL=In your search for=

THE ETERNAL things=of this World=They just want you to BE=a LITTLE ENTERPRISING=in how=

You SHARE=the WORD of God with others

I CANNOT tell you=how to do it=For I do not  know=WHAT WORKS for you=But for me=It

IS A POEM=with GOD’S and Jesus’  words=SENDING a birthday or PRAYING for you card=Just

LETTING OTHERS KNOW=God does LOVE and care for them=and I do too!

 

And so MY BROTHERS AND SISTERS=Guard the Word of God=with your life=and ALWAYS=

Be willing=to SHARE these WORDS of love and CARING=In an honest and forthright way=BE
CHILDREN OF THE LIGHT=Not of this world=”SET A GUARD=Over my mouth Lord=Keep

Watch=Over the door=of my lips”                                                                                                                Psalm 141:3

“Those who GUARD=their lips=Preserve their lives=But those who speak rashly=Will

Come to ruin”                                                                                                                                                      Proverbs 13:3

“But you will=Not leave in haste=Or go in flight=For the Lord will go before you=the

God of Israel=Will be=YOUR REAR GUARD”                                                                                       Isaiah 52:12

 

And Jesus=The SON of the Father=will be your FRONT GUARD=as you move forward=

IN this world=and TRY to bring GOD’S WORDS to LIGHT=in a desperately hurting world=

Be honest=Be FORTHRIGHT=Share and pass on=The WORDS of the Almighty Father and

Son

“Nevertheless=the one=who receives instruction=In the word=should SHARE all good

Things=with their instructor”                                                                                                           Galatians 6:6

“Command them=to do good=To be rich in good deeds=and be generous and willing=

TO SHARE”                                                                                                                                             1 Timothy 6:18

 

Dear Lord  and Holy Father God=We your dear SISTERS and brothers=in today’s world=

PRAY to you=to HELP us=be Confident and enterprising=In sharing your WORDS OF LOVE=

Of kindness and of FORGIVENESS=In this world=We ask you=to Help us be

CHILDREN OF LIGHT! (NOT of this world)

 

In n Jesus’ name=and in his LIGHT=and in the WORDS and love=of our FOREVER

LIVING and loving=Holy Father God!
