Today is  the BIRTHDAY=Of the Blessed Mother Mary=We celebrate Mary=The

MOTHER of our Lord  and Savior Jesus Christ!=But we must REMEMBER as well as=

BEING the Mother of God=She belonged to a FAMILY=She belonged to HER PEOPLE=and

She was STEEPED in=The Jewish Tradition=Just like we are Steeped in the Catholic/

Christian Tradition=”But you Bethlehem Ephrathah=Though you are SMALL among the

Clans of Judah=OUT of you will=Come for me=ONE who will be RULER over Israel=Whose

ORIGINS are from of old=From ancient times”                                                                                  Micah 5:2

HAPPY BIRTHDAY MARY!=Thank you for being=THE PURE-spotless Mother of God=Of our

Savior Jesus Christ=FAMILY=People=Traditions=Just like US!

 

Mary=Our Mother=Brings forth OUR MESSIAH=In a virgin birth=for our long and PATIENTLY-

WAITING People=Chapter one of Matthew=Brings forward the Genealogy of Jesus=and the

HOLY FAMILY=and how it came to be Mary and Jesus and Joseph=THROUGH THE FAMILY!=

Through her People=and through her Tradition!=Of the Jewish people=Just like You and me=and

Our Family=our People=and OUR CHRISTIAN TRADITIONS=So we should give a Shout Out=

Of thanks to OUR Mother Mary=and our Holy Father God!

“She gets up=While it is still night=She provides food for HER FAMILY=and portions for her

Female servants”                                                                                                                                          Proverbs 31;15

“He must manage=His own FAMILY well=and see that his children obey him=and he  Must  do so=

In a manner=Worthy of full respect=IF anyone=does not know=How to manage his OWN

FAMILY=How can he take care of GOD’S CHURCH?”                                                          1 Timothy 3:4-5

Happy Birthday Mary=We love the HOLY FAMILY!=and your People=and your TRADITIONS!

 

So maybe=Just maybe=Since Mary=Jesus and Joseph=were a HOLY FAMILY=and of people=and

Tradition=It is a day to KEEP our own family=and be THANKFUL and feel Gratitude for them=and for

OUR own people=and Catholic/Christian  TRADITIONS TOO=FOLLOWING the Tradition of  our Lord=Our Mary=and the HOLY FAMILY!

“But Ruth replied’=’Don’t urge me to leave you=Or to turn back from you=Where you go=I will

Go=and where you stay=I will stay=YOUR PEOPLE=will be MY PEOPLE=and your God=

My God”                                                                                                                                                              Ruth 1:16

“I will give them=A heart to know me=That I am the Lord=They will be MY PEOPLE=and I will be=

Their God=For they will Return to me=With all  their heart”                                                      Jeremiah 24:7

HAPPY BIRTHDAY DEAR MARY!=Today we Honor you=The MOTHER of our Lord=and our=

HOLY FAMILY!=and the People of Your  faith and Tradition!

 

And we RECOGNIZE OUR OWN FAMILY=and what  they have done=as People of Faith=and from

OUR CATHOLIC/CHRISTIAN TRADITIONS=Our Churches INSPIRE us=to live LIVES Of=

Generosity=Compassion=Service and Tradition=so that we will  thrive!

 

HAPPY BIRTHDAY Dear Mary!=Today we HONOR you and your Holy Family=for setting the TONE

For all of us=Love=Hope=and FAITH IN GOD!=For our own Family=Our own people=and our own

Traditions=WE LOVE YOU MARY!
