You are a person

Not a number

You are a person

To be loved

 

Maybe not

To this world

But to God

 

God knows

Every inch of you

It is said

He even knows

The number

Of hairs

On your head

 

So when

This world

Gets you down

Remember

You are a person

With dignity

You are a person

Worthy of respect

 

God loves you infinitely

 

You are a person
