UNTIL WE REST IN THE LORD

(We will BE RESTLESS)

 

THE GREAT Saint Augustine=SON of the His Christian Mother Monica=and

DOCTOR of the CHURCH=Once said=”You have MADE us for yourself=O Lord=

And our HEARTS=are RESTLESS=UNTIL THEY REST IN YOU”

 

Oh so TRUE=and Jesus himself said=”……..I am the=BREAD OF LIFE=Whoever

Comes to me=Will never hunger……..”                                                                                       John 6:35

My FRIENDS=we will have Restless minds=Restless hearts=and RESTLESS

SOULS=Until we REST=in the arms=Until we REST=IN the God of LOVE=that

Is=GOOD FOR THE SOUL=The INFINITE God of Love=Whatever makes us happy=

Whatever FULFILLS US=in this world is FINITE=ONLY the LOVE of Jesus=and his

Holy Father’s love=LASTS FOREVER=We will Be restless=UNTIL WE REST=In the

Infinite love of them=UNTIL WE REST IN THEIR LOVE!

 

“For six days work=Is to be done=But the seventh day=is a DAY OF SABBATH REST=

Holy To the Lord”                                                                                                                                     Exodus 31:15

“Whoever dwells in the shelter=of the Most High=WILL REST=in the shadow of

The Almighty”                                                                                                                                   Psalm 91:1

“COME to me=All you who are weary=and burdened=and I will=GIVE YOU REST=

Take my yoke upon you=and learn from me=For I am gentle and humble in heart=and

YOU WILL FIND REST=for your souls=For my yoke is easy=and my burden is

Light”                                                                                                                                           Matthew 11:28-30

 

Jesus and THE FATHER=are the FOOD=that never runs out==We are FULFILLED in them=

For all eternity=IF we are RESTING in their love=They FULFILL our every desire=For

They OFFER us food and drink=that NEVER FAILS=Only the LOVE of Jesus and His

Father=NEVER FAIL US=for they give us=FOOD FOR OUR SOULS

“David also said to Solomon=His son=’Be strong and courageous=and do the work=

Do not be afraid=or discouraged=For the Lord God=MY God is with you=He will

 

 

NOT FAIL You=or forsake you=UNTIL all the work=for the service=of the Temple

Of the Lord is finished’”                                                                                                                  1 Chronicles 28:20

“I will maintain=MY LOVE to him forever=and my covenant with him=WILL

NEVER FAIL”                                                                                                                                      Psalm 89:28

“Lift up your eyes to the heavens=Look at the earth beneath=The heavens will

Vanish like smoke=The earth will wear out=Like a garment=and its inhabitants die=

Like flies=But my salvation=will last forever=My righteousness=WILL NEVER FAIL”     Isaiah 51:6

That is right=MY DEAR FRIENDS=we all have Little HOPE=UNLESS we are RESTING

In the Lord=Otherwise our hearts=WILL BE FOREVER RESTLESS

 

For the BODY AND BLOOD of Jesus Christ=and the LOVE of=the Holy Father

Are the food=that Renews our HOPE=”But those=WHO HOPE=in the Lord=will

RENEW their strength=They will soar on wings=Like eagles=they will run=and not grow

Weary=They will walk=and not be faint”                                                                                           Isaiah 40:31And

 

So my brothers and sisters=Put your faith=HOPE=and love=Along with me=

IN our Holy Father=and his Son=and we will NEVER HUNGER=For we are made

For the LOVE=found in the KINGDOM OF GOD

In Jesus’ name=and IN the name of=THE HOLY FATHER God=who give us=

REST FOR OUR SOULS!
