ARE YOU EAGER=TO DO=THE FATHER’S WILL

(DEALING=with anxiety=and HARD TIMES)

 

The Lord Father God=and Jesus=WANT US to do the

FATHER’S WILL=at all times=They want us=to MAKE the HARD CHOICES

In life=and CHOOSE HIM=even WHEN the deck is STACKED against

Us=Are you EAGER=to do=THE FATHER’S WILL?=”Did you

NOT know=that I must be=IN MY FATHER’S HOUSE?”                                                   Luke 2:49

 

Today is the FEAST OF THE HOLY FAMILY(12-29-2024)=DON’T

You wish YOUR FAMILY=Was/IS like the HOLY FAMILY?=if it is not=

I have had THE BEST FAMILY=Great parents==Long gone-but

STILL LIVING=In my heart=Two loving sisters=still ALIVE=and who are

THE REASON=for my existence=NEXT TO GOD!=I am

 

EAGER TO DO GOD’S WILL=and I could not do it=or even TRY=without

PLACING God’s will=His will=and the WORDS OF JESUS=and the HOLY SPIRIT

IN my heart=for ALL HOPE=comes from=THE HOLY FATHER GOD!=”She selects

Wool and flax=and works with EAGER HANDS”                                                                                Proverbs 31:13

 

“Be shepherds=of God’s flock=that is under your care=Watching over

Them--------NOT because you must=but because you are willing=as

God wants you to be=Not pursuing dishonest gain=but EAGER TO SERVE=

Not lording it over=those entrusted to you=but BEING EXAMPLES to

The flock”                                                                                                                                                        1 Peter 5:2-3

 

HOW FULL of anxiety=Mary must have been=WHEN THE ANGEL=appeared

To her=and told her she was=GOING TO BE=to have a VIRGIN BIRTH=How

FULL of anxiety=Mary must have been=When Jesus was MISSING in

The Temple=at 12 years old=IF YOUR CHILD=has ever been missing=You

Have felt this anxiety=The ANXIETY of being a PARENT=in a FAMILY=just

BEING EAGER=to do the LORD’S WILL=Jesus EAGER to do HIS FATHER’S

WILL=through the PASSION and crucifixion=How about you?=Are you

EAGER=TO DO THE FATHER’S WILL?

 

“ANXIETY=weighs down the heart=but a kind word cheers it up”                                            Proverbs 12:25

 

“Cast all your ANXIETY=on him=Because he cares for you”                                             1 Peter 5:7

 

Like Jesus=who was=IN HIS FATHER’S HOUSE=when he was twelve=

WE must imitate his EXAMPLE=and SPEND TIME=in the Father’s HOUSE too=

At MASS=In church service=ON OUR OWN TIME=and in prayer

 

Mary and Joseph=were FULL OF ANXIETY=when Jesus was LOST=in the

Temple=We must CELEBRATE THE WILL=of our Holy Father God=and Put

HIS WILL=above our very own=SPENDING TIME WITH THE FATHER=as we

ATTEMPT to live=HIS holy=loving and PLEASING WILL!

 

“I desire=TO DO YOUR WILL=My God=Your law=is WRITTEN in my heart”                        Psalm 40:8

 

“Anyone who chooses=to do=THE WILL OF GOD=will find out=whether

My teaching comes from=God or whether=I speak on my own”                                      John 7:17

 

And so today=Dear lord=we PRAY=On the FEAST of THE HOLY FAMILY=12-

29-2024=that we BE EAGER=to do THE WILL OF THE HOLY FAMILY=in

TODAY’S WORLD=Just like Jesus=Mary and Joseph did=In Jesus’ and in

THE HEART=OF our always loving=CONTINUOUS LIVING=Holy Father God!
