WE WALK BY FAITH!

(Not by sight)

 

ONE of my Christmas presents this year=was

A GIFT from my sister Mary=It was a pen=with the SCRIPTURE=

“WALK BY FAITH=not by sight”                                                                                   2 Corinthians 5:7

That IS the way=It has always been for me=I want to do

PHYSICAL THINGS=I want to work=I want to CONTROL my own

DESTINY=but I have lived a life=TOTALLY DEPENDENT ON GOD

WALKING by FAITH=not by sight

 

And YOU are too=Whether you know it=or not=MY VISION

Has always been pretty good=Though I wear glasses=but I can

STILL do my poems=read MY BIBLE=do things of God=and for God=

WITHOUT THEM=How about you?=IS FAITH=an element of your life?

WE WALK BY FAITH!=Not by sight

 

“Then he touched their eyes=and said’=’According to YOUR FAITH=Let

It be done to you’=and their SIGHT was restored”                                                                     Matthew 9:29-30

 

“’HAVE FAITH in God’=Jesus answered”                                                                                Mark 11:22

 

And that is=THE WAY=it has always been for me=LIVING with

This illness=NO ONE CAN SEE=Physical limitations=NOT being able

To do the things=I once could do=since I was 22=The first 22 years of

My life=TOTALLY DEPENDENT ON GOD=Walking on faith=WE WALK By

FAITH=not by sight!

 

“On arriving there=They gathered the church together=and reported ALL

That God had done=Through them=and how he=HAD OPENED A DOOR

OF FAITH=to the Gentiles”                                                                                                                     Acts 14:27-28

 

“For in the gospel=the righteousness of God=Is revealed=-----a righteousness

THAT IS BY FAITH=from first to last=just as it is written=’The righteous

WILL LIVE BY FAITH’”                                                                                                                             Romans 1:17

 

“For through the law=I died to the law=so that I might LIVE FOR GOD=I

Have been crucified with Christ=and I no longer live=but Christ lives in me=

The LIFE=I now live in the body=I live=BY FAITH=in the Son of God=who

Loved me=and gave himself for me”                                                                                                Galatians 2:19-20

 

That is EXACTLY=how I feel=I have been WALKING BY FAITH!=not by

Sight for 48 years=EVER since my deathbed PROMISE=”TO LIVE=for my

Family=friends=and ALL PEOPLE EVERYWHERE”=The Holy Father God=and

His Son Jesus Christ=have been CARRYING me=and you ALL=have HELPED me too

THROUGH THE WORD OF GOD

 

HOW has FAITH worked in your life?=Has FAITH changed your life at all?=

Or has it not?=WE WALK BY FAITH!=Not by sight=whether we KNOW IT or not!

 

In Jesus’ name=and in the name=of our EVER LIVING=EVER LOVING=ever

FAITH-filled Holy Father God==who we RELY ON=in this world=to get us through=

The DIFFICULT moments of our life!
