THE STORMS OF LIFE=CAN BE A GOOD THING

 

 

 

 

 

THE STORMS OF LIFE=

Can be a GOOD THING

 

NONE of us like the UNCERTAINTIES of life=None

Of us like=to be in=THE STORMS OF LIFE=or in

DRIVING FORCE WINDS=moving us in=a NEW

DIRECTION=But

 

That is what the apostles=were EXPERIENCING ON PENTECOST=

That is what we EXPERIENCE too=the STORMS and winds

CHANGING the direction=of our lives=of our living=but the

STORMS OF LIFE=can be=A GOOD THING too

“……..suddenly there came=from the SKY=a noise like

A STRONG DRIVING WIND……”                                                                                                 Acts 2:2

 

Sometimes= a LITTLE TURBLENCE=can be=a GOOD THING=

Sometimes=a CHANGE=in our direction=IN OUR LIVES=Can change

THE COURSE OF HISTORY

 

That is what happened=TO THE APOSTLES=that is WHAT can

HAPPEN=in our lives too=when we RECEIVE=the driving force

Of the HOLY SPIRIT=the WINDS of change=in our lives=THE STORMS

In our lives=Can be a GOOD THING=sometimes=it is a

LITTLE PICK ME UP=when we change directions=like

Receiving=THE SPIRIT OF GOD=in our lives

 

“You dear children=are from God=and have overcome them=

Because the one=Who is in you=is GREATER=than the one who

IS IN THE WORLD”                                                                                                                                1 John 4:4

 

The STORMS OF LIFE=can remind us=that the world

Is unsettled=and mysterious=It can take us=OUT OF

Our comfort zone=but sometimes we

 

NEED A DIRECTION=sometimes we need=THE SPIRIT OF GOD

To DRIVE us=through the storms=for it is IN=the STORMS OF LIFE

We find out=EXACTLY who we are=and that can be=A GOOD THING

 

It can REMIND US=that we are=CHILDREN OF GOD=living

On his SPIRIT=love and grace=GOD’S WORK=in the STORMS

Of life=CAN BE=a good thing

 

“But when you ask=You must believe=and not DOUBT=

Because the one who doubts=Is like a wave of the sea=BLOWN

And tossed by the Wind”                                                                                                                  James 1:6

 

REMEMBER=in Matthew 14=When the WINDS AND STORMS

Were ROCKING the boat=of the APOSTLES=and they were afraid

 

But there was Jesus=WALKING on the lake=and walking on the

WATER=We don’t have to be AFRAID=in the STORMS OF LIFE=

For our God=Our Jesus=WALKS on the water

“But Jesus immediately said to them=’Take COURAGE!=It is I

Do NOT BE AFRAID’”                                                                                                                               Matthew 24:27

 

And so my dear friends=You don’t have to be AFRAID=when

THE STORMS OF LIFE=CHANGE the direction of your life=Don’t

Be afraid=we still have Jesus=we still have the Holy Father God

And=After Pentecost=the SPIRIT OF LIFE AND TRUTH!

 

Who all GUIDE US=through anything=and with them

Even=THE STORMS OF LIFE=can be=A GOOD THING

 

In Jesus’ name=and in the name=of our EVER LOVING=ever living=ever SPEAKING

Holy Father God and the=SPIRIT OF LIFE!
