TRUSTING IN HIS VICTORY=

(NO DOUBT)

 

Jesus WON the victory=over death=and OVER

Every other sin=KNOWN to mankind=We have to

TRUST IN THE VICTORY=We need to FOLLOW his

EXAMPLE=NO DOUBT=Not that we can do it by

OURSELVES=but we HAVE TO TRUST in him=

TRUSTING IN HIS VICTORY=NO DOUBT

 

“In the world=You will have trouble=but Take courage=

I have=CONQUERED THE WORLD”                                                                                            John 16:33

 

It took Jesus’ RESURRECTION=for the early apostles=to

Get it right apparently=But not even that=is ENOUGH

For us=it should be=FOR US ALL=HIS 21^st century apostles=

TRUSTING IN HIS VICTORY!

 

Jesus knew=that his disciples=would abandon him=HE KNEW

It would take something ASTONISHING=He knew it would take         

ANOTHER MIRACLE=a victory over sin and DEATH

 

Jesus=did all the HARD WORK=and then his apostles and saints came

TO FINISH IT-it is UP to us=the 21^st century apostles=to CONTINUE

That work

TO TRUST IN THE VICTORY=NO DOUBT-it is up to us

TO CONTINUE=that work

 

“Therefore my dear friends=you have always obeyed=

Obeyed--------not only my presence=but how much more

In my absence-------CONTINUE to work out=your salvation

With fear and trembling

 

For it is God=WHO WORKS IN YOU=to will=and to act=

In order to fulfill his good purpose”                                                                                         Hebrews 2:12-13

 

“But as for you=CONTINUE in what you have learned=and

And have become convinced of=Because you know=those

From whom you have learned it”                                                                                                    2 Timothy 3:14

 

I am sure=THE EARLY APOSTLES=had questions=as

Those of us today=have our very own questions

 

What is HEAVEN really like?=Will I/will we make it?

Will we SEE our loved ones there?=and WHY did we have

To SUFFER so much=in this present world?

 

Regardless of the questions=and Regardless of the ANSWERS

That we get=or don’t get=WE need to=TRUST IN THE VICTORY=

Of Jesus=over all sin=this VICTORY =is no doubt=for the AGES

TRUSTING IN THE VICTORY!=of our God

 

“With God=we will GAIN THE VICTORY!=and he will

Trample down our enemies”                                                                                                             Psalm 60:12

 

“When the perishable=has been clothed=with the imperishable=

Ant the mortal=with the immortality=then the saying=that is written

Will come true=’Death has been

SWALLOWED UP IN VICTORY’”                                                                                                  1 Corinthians 15:54

 

“……..For everyone=born of God=overcomes the world=

THIS IS THE VICTORY=that has overcome the world=even

Our faith=Who is it=That overcomes the world?=Only the ONE

Who believes=Jesus is the Son of God”                                                                                        1 John 5:4-5

 

Our Jesus=WALKS with us=every step=of our way=in

This world=HIS VICTORY=is the ONE for all time

TRUSTING IN HIS VICTORY!=no doubt=for our

Very own lives

 

Dear Lord=HELP US=to set aside our anxieties and our doubts=

And TRUST in your VICTORY=for all of TIME

 

In Jesus’ name=and in the name=of our ever LIVING=ever loving=ALWAYS VICTORIOUS

Holy Father God!
