PUTTING ASIDE OUR DIFFERENCES!                          

 

Today=11-4-2023=is THE LAST DAY=of another ELECTION

COVERAGE=WHOEVER wins=50% of the COUNTRY=will be

HAPPY=and 50% will be ANGRY=and there will BE HEALING=

That needs to happen

 

PARTISANSHIP=is everywhere in today’s world=for NEITHER SIDE

Has an OPEN heart=or an open mind=for the other side=But Paul

GIVES us another PERSEPECTIVE TODAY=that we should HOLD

Near and dear=”……..HUMBLY regard others as MORE IMPORTANT

Than yourselves=EACH looking out=not for his own interests=but also

EVERYONE=for those of others”                                                                                                           Philippians 2:3-4

 

OUR GREAT SAINT Paul=LIVED in troubling times too=But he NEVER

Lost sight of=THE GOSPEL MESSAGE OF LOVE=for all of us

PUTTING ASIDE OUR DIFFERENCES

 

He=Paul= Remembers to FOLLOW the gospel of LOVE=for life

And the GOSPEL OF LOVE=despite his times of HARDSHIP and

ADVERSITY=He ENDURED in love=Paul KNEW that the GOSPEL of

LOVE=could not be silenced=PUTTING ASIDE OUR DIFFERENCES

For UNITY=”A friend LOVES at all times=and a brother(and sister)=is

Born=for a time of ADVERSITY”                                                                                                             Proverbs 7:17

 

GOD’S LOVE=Jesus’ love=HEALS ALL WOUNDS=it is TIME for us=to

GO BACK=to the HEALING POWER OF LOVE of our Holy Father God=and

NOT follow so much of=OUR POLITICAL DIFFERENCES=We CANNOT not allow

OUR DIFFERENCES=to hold us hostage=LOVE heals all wounds=WE cannot

NOT IGNORE=the mission of God in this world=HIS WORDS last forever

PUTTING ASIDE OUR DIFFERENCES!

 

“I said’=’Have mercy on me Lord=HEAL ME=for I have sinned against you’”                         Psalm 41:4

 

“Jesus said to them’=’Surely you will quote this proverb=to me=’Physician

HEAL YOURSELF’=and you will tell me=’Do here in your HOMETOWN=

What we have heard you did in Capernaum’”                                                                                         Luke 4:23

 

“One day=Jesus was teaching=and Pharisees  and teachers of the law=

Were sitting there=They had come from every village=of Galilee=and from

Judea and Jerusalem=And the power=of the Lord was with Jesus=to HEAL

The sick”                                                                                                                                                                  Luke 5:17

 

Jesus had the MISSION of=the Holy Father God=and so did Saint Paul=

The MISSION WAS/is= to PUT ASIDE OUR DIFFERENCES=and to LOVE ONE

ANOTHER=we have to FIND COMMON GROUND=for all of us=IN LOVE=

PUTTING ASIDE=ALL OF OUR DIFFERENCES=It is a CONSIDERABLE

CHALLENGE=and only PERFECT LOVE=can HEAL this world

Our HOLY FATHER GOD=Our Jesus=is counting on us=to do JUST THAT

 

“Blessed is the one=Whose sin=the Lord will NEVER count against them”                              Romans 4:8

 

“All this is from God=Who RECONCILES US=to himself through Christ=and gave us=

The MINISTRY OF RECONCILIATION=that God was RECONCILING the

World to himself in Christ=NOT counting people’s sins against them”                   2 Corinthians 5:18-19

 

And so my friends=PUT ASIDE YOUR DIFFERENCES=and turn to

God’s EVERLASTING and INFINITE LOVE=GOD’S LOVE=can heal in

These troublesome times=just like it did=some 2,000 years ago=IN

Jesus’ name=and IN the name=and the name=Of OUR EVER LOVING=and

EVER LIVING=Holy Father God!
