BROKEN=BUT STILL=PART OF

GOD’S STORY

 

We LIVE=In a BROKEN WORLD=and I dear say=My Sisters and brothers=

EACH and every ONE of us=are BROKEN in some way=But our Holy Father God=

And Jesus=Still love us=Because we are=One of his TREASURES=If we love

Him=and offer him some  part of ourselves=Because we are=STILL PART OF=GOD’S
STORY!

 

“We  hold THIS TREASURE=In earthen vessels=That the surpassing power=May BE

Of God=and NOT from us”                                                                                                                      2 Corinthians 4:7

I love SURPRISES=and I love TREASURES=New treasures and BURIED treasures=

That I never knew I had=That is the WAY=it is with God=for us=We are his  TREASURES=and

Even though =WE ARE BROKEN=We STILL are part of God’s  plan=AND HIS STORY=

He still=CHOOSES US!

 

WHY does  God choose broken people=People who are VULNERABLE=To be God’s=

To be his TREASURE?=Because it is about=THE CONDITION=of our HEARTS=It is about=

HOW MUCH=Faith=and love and loyalty=That we have for him=God does NOT CARE=

About money or fame=WE ARE BROKEN=BUT STILL=PART OF GOD’S STORY=Like Moses=

Like David=Like Mary Magdalene=and the apostles=We are his treasures=and

PART OF HIS STORY!

 

“My sacrifice=O God=is a BROKEN SPIRIT=A BROKEN and contrite heart=You God=will

Not despise”                                                                                                                                                    Psalm 51:17

“Though one may be overpowered=Two can defend themselves=A cord of three  strands=

Is  not quickly BROKEN”                                                                                                                         Ecclesiastes 4:12

“He has sent me=To bind up=THE BROKENHEARTED==To proclaim freedom=for the captives=

And release from darkness=For the prisoners”                                                                             Isaiah  61:1

 

The PARADOXES of Christianity=Come from Jesus=and his parables=HE TURNED

The world UPSIDE down=He was a GOD-man like no other=He tells us=WE ARE STRONG=

When we are WEAK=He tells us the MORE WE GIVE=The more we gain=and that=

OUR FAITH is shown=when we are HUMBLE=He teaches us=The last=SHALL BE FIRST!

 

That is WHY=no matter=HOW BROKEN are=He still CHOOSES US=He still chooses  us=to

BE HIS TREASURE=to be=an INTRICATE PART=OF GOD’S STORY=”He will be the

Sure foundation=For your times=a rich store of salvation=and wisdom and knowledge=The

Fear of the Lord=is the KEY to this TREASURE”                                                                                  Isaiah 33:6

“For WHERE  YOUR TREASURE is=There your heart will be also”                                               Matthew 6:21

“BUT MARY TREASURED UP=all these things=and PONDERED them in her heart”        Luke 2:19

 

When we REVERENCE GOD=when we PUT GOD FIRST=and LOVE him=above all other things=

In life=We become OPEN to being=Part of the=STORY OF GOD=A story=WHERE

OUR BROKENNESS=Where our WEAKNESSES=Belong to the=POWER of God’s love=

To  SHINE though in us=OUR BROKENNESS=Our weaknesses=My brothers and sisters=

TRANSFORM us=into DISCIPLES of Jesus=and the Holy Father God

BROKEN BUT=STILL A PART OF GOD’S STORY=In Jesus’ name
