TODAY=I read Psalm 71=IN MY BIBLE=about GOD'S PROTECTION=No matter HOW OLD
We are=But first of all=Let me ask you=Do you ever STOP and think=About how you got=
TO BE=this old in your life?=ABOUT how you got THROUGH=some of the things=you have
Gotten through=I Do=I WONDER!-We are all PART OF GOD'S PLAN=Part of God's MIRACLE!
"Do not those=Who plot evil=Go astray?=But those who PLAN=what is good=Find love
And faithfulness" Proverbs 14:22
"In him=we were all chosen=Having been predestined=According to the PLAN of=
Him who works out everything=In conformity=with the purpose=Of his will" Ephesians 1:11
WHEN my sisters and I=Were trying to DETERMINE=What was in MY BEST INTEREST
For me=and for my life last year=A little OVER a year ago=We determined=It was BEST
For me to MOVE=back to Pittsburgh=AMONG my family and friends=and find an apartment=
And WAIT however LONG it took=Till a senior apartment OPENED UP==and that must have
BEEN GOD'S PLAN TOO=For now=I am in MY SENIOR APARTMENT=Roughly a year later
I AM ALIVE!=I have HOPE=PART of God's Plan=and UNDER HIS PROTECTION=still in
MY old age
"In thee=O Lord=Do I put my trust=Lat me NEVER be put to confusion" Psalm 71:1
"For you are MY HOPE=O Lord God=You are MY TRUST=from my youth" Psalm 71:5
"A am as a WONDER=Of many=But you are MY STRONG REFUGE" Psalm 71:7
MOST of you guys=KNOW my life story=RESCUED by the Lord=from the jaws of death=
On my 22nd birthday=MY 22nd BIRTHDAY MIRACLE=as I like to call it=and Left to
Survive=sometimes EVEN THRIVE=Despite my chronic and often times acute illness=
Despite my financial setbacks=and even despite the ONGOING RELATIONSHIP issues=I
Have had In my life=I pray=WE PRAY=That you continue=TO PROTECT US=In our
OLDER AGE=and that you=Continue to make us part of YOUR PLAN=as we LIVE
Through our older ages=PART OF GOD'S PLAN
"You are my hiding place=You will PROTECT ME from trouble=and surround me =with songs
Of deliverance" Psalm 32:7
"Discretion will PROTECT YOU=and understanding will guard you" Proverbs 2:11
"I will remain=In the world no longer=But they are still=in the world=and I am
Coming to you=HOLY FATHER=PROTECT THEM=by the power of your name==The name you
Gave me=So that they may be one=as we are ONE" John 17:11
Dear Lord=we PRAY=WE MY FAMILY=my friends=and my NEIGHBORS=in my new SENIOR
COMMUNITY=For this GIFT OF LIFE and that we who are getting along in years=Continue
To say THANK YOU=for protecting us=ALL the days of our life
We ask you TO PROTECT US=to comfort us=and to guide us=IN our advancing years=
"LOVE ALWAYS PROTECTS=always trusts=always hopes=always perseveres" 1 Corinthians 13:7
Dear Lord=Dear Holy Father God=The AUTHOR of all life=we thank you for YOUR
ONGOING LOVE and protection=In our ADVANCING YEARS=for it is=PART OF YOURS=
PART OF GOD'S PLAN=In Jesus' name
