TOTALLY ACCEPTED BY OUR GOD Did you ever stop And think That we are FULLY ACCEPTED By our God? He LIVED the life That we live Including all the suffering That we suffer Even MORE As he died A criminal's death “........Jesus also had Been baptized-and was PRAYING …....” Luke 3:21 Jesus came down And was BAPTIZED Just as we are baptized To show us-to MODEL for us How we are to live Our lives in conjunction With God And in fellowship With one another He chose To enter into our HUMANITY In every way There was NO NEED For him to be baptized As he was God But he HUMBLY included himself With the others As he was BAPTIZED that day “And as he was PRAYING Heaven was opened And the Holy Spirit Descended on him In bodily form Like a dove And a voice Came from heaven: You are my SON Whom I love With you I am well PLEASED” Luke 3:21-22 And I am sure If we do OUR BEST To LIVE like Jesus He will be PLEASED with us As well After all We are TOTALLY ACCEPTED By OUR GOD Just as Jesus Was by HIS Father “ACCEPT one another-then- Just as Christ ACCEPTED YOU- In order To BRING PRAISE to God” Romans 15:7 “Therefore-get rid Of ALL moral filth And the evil That is so prevalent And HUMBLY ACCEPT The word PLANTED in you Which can save you” James 1:21 Sometimes We try to PROVE Our worthiness to God To be ACCEPTED The truth is We don't need to do this The truth is We can't do this ALL we can really do is say “THANK YOU GOD” Thank you for the UNCONDITIONAL and DIVINE LOVE That you extend to us Let us be GRATEFUL today To God for being “TOTALLY ACCEPTED BY GOD” and being fully embraced Dear Lord-we say-”THANK YOU” Robert P.
