“WHAT ARE YOU DOING?”
WHEN we see children
Acting foolishly
Have you ever said
Or felt like saying
“WHAT are you doing”
Or maybe you have
WANTED to say to God
“WHAT ARE YOU DOING?”
When he answers our prayers
IN a totally foreign way
To what we asked for
Or what we HOPED for
I AM SURE Job wanted to say that
BUT what he said was
“WHO can say to God
‘WHAT are you doing’” Job 9:12
I have learned
(IN the long run)
That God’s PLAN
Is much more fruitful
Than my own plan
TRUST in God’s will
He KNOWS more about you
Than you know
About yourself
He knows
What is BEST for you
And he is not
Going to give you more
That you can handle
HIS PLAN for you
IS BEST
“IN GOD-I trust
I will not be afraid of
What can mortal man
Do to me?” Psalm 56:4
When we LIFT
OUR eyes to God
And cry out:
“What are you doing to me?”
We are saying to God
“I know better
You must be
Doing something wrong”
TRUST in GOD’S PLAN
For your life
He does know better
“TRUST in the Lord
With ALL your heart
And lean not
On your own understanding” Proverbs 3:5
Our God
Is the CREATOR
Of the universe
He is our SOURCE
Of CONSTANT help
And healing
We must learn
NOT to point our fingers
At God
And learn to HOLD
The hand of our God
The ONE who is always there
To HELP
And see us through
DIFFICULT times
So don’t say to God
“What are you doing?”
For our God
WILL say to you
Will say to us
“FOR I know the plans
I have for you
Declares the Lord
PLANS to prosper you
And NOT harm you
Plans to give you HOPE
And a FUTURE” Jeremiah 29:11
TRUST in God’s will
He knows
WHAT HE IS DOING
