LIKE FLOWERS

 

 

People are like flowers

For that reason alone

We should shower them

With our love

 

Flowers differ

In their attractiveness

Some are striking

In their beauty

Like the rose

And the lily

But some are

Just ordinary

Like the violet

 

But all flowers

Give glory to God

By being what they are

 

So too with people

Some of us are beautiful

Some of us are brilliant

And some of us

Are just ordinary

 

Is that any reason

We should love anyone

Any less
