THE GREAT ADVENTURE OF DISCOVERING GOD Did you ever fashion yourself As to be an explorer Well you are- I am- WE ALL ARE We are ON the ADVENTURE of a LIFETIME And during the course of that adventure We are to DISCOVER GOD Looking DEEP down within us Within the confines Of our own soul “The world And its enticement Are PASSING AWAY But WHOEVER DOES the WILL OF GOD REMAINS FOREVER” 1 John 2:17 We are ONLY About a month into 2015 And all the news stories Are the same Rape-murder-child abuse=THEY And many of the FAMOUS PEOPLE Are the same as last year But the WILL OF GOD REMAINS FRESH AND NEW You and I are being called To be a NEW CREATION IN GOD “BEHOLD I will create New heavens and a earth” Isaiah 65:17 “I will give you A NEW HEART And put a new spirit In you I will REMOVE Your heart of stone And give you A heart of flesh” Ezekiel 36:26 How about that For some discoveries A new heaven-a new earth A NEW HEART-and a NEW SPIRIT Maybe you are the Columbus- the Magellan-or the Ponce de Leon Of your time DISCOVERING God FINDING GOD DEEP within yourself It is THE GREAT ADVENTURE OF A LIFE TIME Robert P.
