LIVING A GUIDED LIFE Do you live A GUIDED LIFE Do you FOLLOW The guidance of God In your EVERY DAY LIFE “LOOK about you- And WHERE you are-gaze…..” Genesis 13:14 TODAY we read About the story told Of Abraham And his nephew-LOT And HOW they choose Their land Lot looks around and DECIDES on his own But Abraham Lets God ACCOMPANY him And that changes every thing “Abraham LIVED In the land of Canaan WHILE Lot Lived among the cities Of the plain And pitched his tent Near Sodom” Genesis 13:12 By letting himself BE GUIDED BY GOD Abraham winds up In the land of MILK AND HONEY And IN a COVENANT With God And Lot NEEDS to be RESCUED By Abraham LIVING a GUIDED LIFE By God MAKES all the difference In the world HOW about me? How about you? Do we listen For the GUIDANCE OF GOD When we make decisions Or do we just plunge Right in Following our own whims Just like Lot WAITING on THE WORD OF GOD Makes all the difference In the world LET God ACCOMPANY you Throughout your life “Let the WISE listen And add to their learning And let the discerning GET GUIDANCE--------“ (from GOD) Proverbs 1:5 LIVE A GUIDED LIFE FOLLOW the WORD Of God Dear Lord Thank you-for WALKING with me Throughout my life And HELPING me to live A guided life WAITING on: THE WORD OF GOD Robert P.
