For the Love of Us All

I HAVE A HUNGER

I have a hunger

For the Word of God

I have a hunger

For the love of another

I have a hunger

To take what is wrong

And make it right

I don’t know

What makes me this way

Bu I hate injustice

And I just love fair play

I hate

That people are starving

I hate

That people can’t get medical care

I hate everything unjust

Why can’t we learn

To live in a world

Where people will share

I have a hunger

For the Word of God

I have a hunger

For the love of another

I have a hunger

To take what is wrong

And make it right
