“NOT SO the wicked-not so-they are like chaff which the wind drives away” Psalm 1:4


UNLESS you are a farmer-or a coffee roaster-you probably don't much of chaff-CHAFF is the by-product of threshing or roasting-THINK: “separate the wheat from the chaff” another allusion FOUND in the gospels


MOST chaff goes to the landfills every year-but increasingly-they are finding an environmentally purpose for the chaff


SOMETIMES-in life-we put way too much POSITIVE ENERGY into people who do wrong to us-we are GIVING way too much attention to their attention and behavior-THIS LENT-try REFOCUSING your energy for good and for the GOOD PEOPLE in your life


DON'T get me wrong-still be MERCIFUL and FORGIVING to all people-but BUILD THE BRIDGES with those who want to HELP YOU reach God and others-those who want to BUILD A POSITIVE WORLD


it is A GREAT DAY to be ALIVE in GOD'S LOVE for us and a great day for BUILDING the KINGDOM of God-the KINGDOM OF LOVE on earth

Do you remember
The famous saying
When one door closes
Another door or window opens


Well
Open your doors
Open your windows
God-------God
Is going---is going
To come flying through


God is coming
God is coming
God is-----ready or not
God is ready for you


But you have to leave that door
Or window open
Just a tiny little bit
So he can get in
And move you along
In your journey of faith
On the highway
To find love and God


So keep your doors and windows open
Keep living a life full of faith
The harvest is coming
You just
Have to remain patient and wait


Don’t forget
That famous saying

If we just have
A little faith


God is coming
