DIGGING DEEPER=into the MYSTERIES OF GOD

DIGGING DEEPER
(INTO THE MYSTERIES OF GOD)


There are many
In this world=
Who DIG DEEPER
Into the meaning OF GOD


Theologians are some
Of who do this=and then
There are the SAINTS=
Who actually have
A TRACE of GOD in them


“The one who COMES
From above=is above all


The one=who is
Of the earth=is earthly
And speaks of earthly things


But the ONE
Who comes from heaven
Is ABOVE ALL


He testifies to what he
Has seen and heard........” John 3:31-32


I pay great HOMAGE to
The theologians=to the
Priests=and to the Ministers=
And to the SAINTS


Like Saint Athanasius =whose
Feast we celebrate today


I thank them for SHARING
Their knowledge of God=and
Thank them=for digging
A LITTLE DEEPER
Into God=


Who is a PROFOUND MYSTERY-
Who is an enigma=
TOTALLY INDESCRIBABLE


“DEEP calls to DEEP
In the roar
Of your waterfalls


All your waves
And breakers
Have swept over me” Psalm 42:7


“The SPIRIT searches
All things
Even the DEEP THINGS
Of God” 1 Corinthians 2:10


“They must keep hold
Of the DEEP TRUTHS
Of the faith
With a clear conscience” 1 Timothy 3:9


To FIND GOD=we have
To look DEEP within ourselves


We have to
LOOK to the heavens
And look to the earth


We may even have
To WALK through hell
On occasion


DIGGING DEEPER
To find God=
Deep within ourselves


Digging deeper
Into my soul=
To FIND the things
Of God


God is a MYSTERY
And we must rely
On the SPIRIT
To interpret the answers
In the mysteries
Of God


Jesus=the man/GOD
From above and all
The SAINTS-
Like Saint Athanasius=
Who was a CHAMPION
Of divinity
At the council of Nicea
In the 4^th century


“He urged them
To plead for mercy
From the God of heaven


Concerning the MYSTERY
So that he
And his friends


Might NOT be executed
With the rest
Of the wise men
Of Babylon” Daniel 2:18


I wish you knowledge=
And I wish you strength
And fortitude to
DIG DEEPER=
Into the MYSTERIES OF GOD


And find the ANSWERS
In your very soul=
And in the SPIRIT OF GOD


Dear Lord=
We LISTEN for your voice


In Jesus' name=and in the name of the SPIRIT of the FATHER
