OPENING OUR HEARTS UP TO GOD


Today we read about
A BLIND MAN=who
Wanted to be HEALED


I wonder=IF he would
Have been as INTERESTED in Jesus
If we were able to SEE


Often times=our SUFFERING is
A main factor=in OPENING
Our HEARTS to God


We NEED God=we need Jesus=
Therefore=we OPEN UP
Our hearts to him


“He shouted=
'Jesus-Son of David-
Have pity on me'” Luke 18:38


I can only speak for MYSELF=
But because of a
Health situation=I have been
REACHING OUT for God=
Since I am 22


I need something=we need
Something=and we OPEN UP
Our hearts=we have
NOWHERE else to turn


OFFERING our hearts up=
REACHING out for God
And for Jesus


“May he give you
The desire
OF YOUR HEART


And make
All your plans succeed” Psalm 20:4


“One who
Loves a PURE HEART
And who
Speaks with grace


Will have the king
For a friend” Proverbs 22:11


“He tends his flock
Like a shepherd
And gathers the lambs
In his arms


And carries them
CLOSE TO HIS HEART
He gently leads
Those who have young” Isaiah 40:11


Sometimes SUFFERING=in a certain sense
Can have=
A POSITIVE EFFECT
On our lives


When we have-
NOWHERE ELSE to go=
We TURN our hearts
To GOD


God knows how to
USE EVERYTHING
To bring us into
RELATIONSHIP with him=
Even the PAINFUL things


“They show
That the requirements
Of the law
Are written
ON THEIR HEARTS.......” Romans 2:15


“Since then
You have been raised
With Christ


Set YOUR HEARTS
On things above
Where Christ is seated


At the right hand
Of God” Colossians 3:1


Sometimes suffering=
Can be A GOD THING


Especially when it CHANGES US
And we TURN our hearts
To God


When we OPEN UP ourselves
To the LOVE OF GOD
And Jesus


It has been TRUE IN MY LIFE=
How about=in yours?


In Jesus' name=and in the name of our ALL LOVING FATHER!
