IS HE MOVED FOR US?

IS HE MOVED FOR US?


Today we read about JESUS=
And him=BEING MOVED
WITH PITY for the crowds


For they were like SHEEP
Without a SHEPHERD=I can't help
But think
HE IS MOVED for us too


For there is no more LOST
Or confused people
In this country=and this world
Than us


We are lost=we have
LOST TOUCH with God
In today's world


“At the sight
Of the CROWDS


His heart was MOVED
WITH PITY=for them


Because they were TROUBLED
And abandoned=like
Sheep WITHOUT a shepherd” Matthew 9:36


Talk about BEING TROUBLED=
There are no more
CONFUSED people than us


MANY of us have
LOST TOUCH with God and
Our FAMILY


I can't help but WONDER
IF that isn't what
This pandemic is all about


GOD REACHING out to us
And trying to help us=
AS A PEOPLE
Get back in touch with HIM


MAYBE we are just
AS FLAWED=as selfish=as cruel
A CROWD as we have
Always been


And I can't help BUT FEEL
We could be MORE BEAUTIFUL=
More selfless=and more GENEROUS
With God=and with one another


We are like a sheep
WITHOUT A SHEPHERD=
Is Jesus MOVED FOR US?
I know that he is
HE IS OUR SHEPHERD


We need to get
BACK in touch with him


“The Lord is my SHEPHERD=
I lack nothing” Psalm 23:1


“He tends his flock
LIKE A SHEPHERD
He gathers the lambs
In his arms


And carries them-
Close to his heart=
He gently leads those
Who have young” Isaiah 40:11


“I AM THE GOOD SHEPHERD=
I know my sheep-
And my sheep know me--------


Just as the Father
Knows me
And I know the Father--------


And I lay down
MY LIFE for my sheep” John 10:14-15


We need to LIFT our heads=
LOOK to the Lord
And FOLLOW
Where he leads


He is PLEADING
With us to FOLLOW HIM=he is
SO MOVED WITH PITY for us
Right now


We need to move
CONFIDENTLY FORWARD=
Knowing he will SHOW US
The right path


The GOOD SHEPHERD leads
And I will FOLLOW=
How about you?
