OUR EXAMPLE OF PATIENCE!

PATIENCE is a wonderful quality=

Jesus is our EXAMPLE=He is

Our example for ALL OF TIME

Patience is defined as the CAPACITY

To accept or TOLERATE delay=trouble=

Or SUFFERING=

Without getting angry or UPSET

Jesus handled it ALL=even

SUFFERING an excruciating death

“The Lord does not delay

His promise=

As some regard “delay”

But he is PATIENT

With you........” 2 Peter 3:9

When I become AWARE

Of my forgetfulness=and mistakes=

I become GRATEFUL

For GOD'S PATIENCE with me

I become grateful

For God's patience

With the world

And how Jesus=

HANDLED all the setbacks

Without ever getting angry=or UPSET

OUR EXAMPLE of patience=

Is Jesus himself=I wish we

Could all handle

This world=

The way Jesus did

In love and with patience

“A person's wisdom

YIELD PATIENCE=

It is

To one's glory

To overlook an offense” Proverbs 19:11

“........being strengthened

With all power

According to his glorious might

So that you=

May have great endurance-

And PATIENCE” Colossians 1:11

“Therefore as God's chosen people=

Holy and dearly loved

Clothe yourself with compassion-

Kindness-humility-gentleness-

AND PATIENCE” Colossians 3:12

GOD'S EXAMPLE OF PATIENCE=
Jesus' example of patience=

Even to perfect death=Our perfect example

Of patience!

Patience is a PART

Of God's forgiveness=

And the gospel provides

Many examples for us

To think about

The ULTIMATE EXAMPLE is

Jesus dying=HANGING on the cross

He asked FORGIVENESS for them

For us=

Who KNOW NOT=what we are doing

And after the Resurrection=

Jesus did not admonish the apostles=

But appeared to them=and BROUGHT them

The GIFT of the Holy Spirit

And PATIENCE

“Follow my EXAMPLE

As I follow=the

EXAMPLE OF CHRIST” 1 Corinthians 11:1

“To this=you were called=

Because Christ=suffered for you

Leaving you an EXAMPLE

That you should follow

IN his steps” 1 Peter 2:21

Jesus is the EXAMPLE

Of LIFE-GIVING PATIENCE

We need to learn

To BE PATIENT with others=

The way Jesus is patient with us

He is OUR SHINING EXAMPLE

OF PATIENCE!

In Jesus' name=and in the name=of our EVER PATIENT FATHER!
