BY THE FRUITS=OF OUR LIFE
I am NOT much=
Of a gardener=I don’t
Have that GREEN THUMB=
But I have
Friends that do
TODAY we read about
The PARABLE of a fruit tree
In Luke
A man wants
To CUT DOWN the fruit tree
Because it is NOT GROWING
But the GARDENER has
More expertise and says to
Give it some TIME
As long as there is
LIFE IN IT=
The tree might be SAVED
With attention and EFFORT
“Sir=leave it
For this year also
And I shall CULTIVATE
The ground around it
It may BEAR FRUIT
In the future=
If not=you can cut it down”
Luke 13:8-9
And isn’t that
The way it is=
With some people too
As long as there is LIFE
In them=they can change=
They can GROW
GOD’S MERCY cuts right
To the heart=
He gives us all
MANY CHANCES to grow
And change
One day=we will be
JUDGED by the
FRUITS OF OUR LIFE
“That person-
Is like a tree=planted by
The streams of water
Which yields its FRUIT
In season=and whose leaf
Does not wither--------
Whatever they do prospers”
Psalm 1:3
“On each side
Of the river
Stood the tree of life-
Bearing twelve crops of FRUIT=
Yielding its FRUIT
Every month”
Revelation 22:2
Yes our God-
Yes our Jesus
Is the EVER PATIENT GARDENER
Lovingly offering his MERCY
So that=hopefully
NONE of us will perish
And we all
Have a change=and can be SAVED
He=the Lord=
Is PATIENT with us=and judges us
BY THE FRUITS=OF OUR LIFE!
“……..being strengthened
With all power=according to
His glorious might
So that you may have
Great endurance and PATIENCE”
Colossians 1:11
Dear Lord=we pray
That we CULTIVATE our lives
And bear FRUIT=with it
In Jesus’ name=and in the name=of our EVER PATIENT Holy
