SHARING OUR LIVES!

 

I have NEVER been married=

So I DON’T KNOW

What it means=to

SHARE the ups and downs

Of life=with a family

 

But I do share it WITH GOD-

My sisters=and the REST

Of MY FAMILY=as well

As my FRIENDS=like you

SHARING OUR LIFE

With God and others!

 

“…….and the two

Shall become ONE FLESH”                                                                                                       Mark 10:8

 

My mother and father were

MARRIED 46  years=when my dad died=

It was TRAUMATIC!

I was there

When he died

 

And I was there

When my mom died too

SHARING OUR LIVES!=together

 

Recently=some of my friends=

Have lost their spouse=
I can ONLY IMAGINE

How they feel

 

Feeling the GRIEF=of their loss

Feeling for them=

But giving THANKS

For my parents

And for ALL THE TIME

My friends had together

 

A FAMILY is a

Beautiful thing

SHARING OUR LIVES!

 

“He must manage

His own FAMILY well

And see that=

His children obey him

 

And he must do so

In a manner

Worthy full of respect”                                                                                              1 Timothy 3:4

 

“But if a widow

Has children or grandchildren

 

These should learn

First of all

To put their religion

Into practice

 

By caring for their own FAMILY

And so repaying

Their parents and grandparents

 

For this is

Pleasing to God”                                                                                                               1 Timothy 5:4

 

Life is meant

TO BE SHARED

And marriage and family

Is where it takes place

For most of us

 

This is the CORNERSTONE

Of GOD’S PLAN

For most of us

 

But for me=it is a life

DEDICATED TO GOD-

Our Holy Father-and Jesus

I have LIVED

The single life=but a life

DEDICATED to God

 

“MARRIAGE should be

Honored by all

 

And the marriage bed

Kept pure-For God

Who judge the adulterer

And all the sexually immoral”                                                                                        Hebrews 13:4

 

Dear God=we pray for

ALL married couples

Who SHARE their lives

IN FAMILY

 

May they serve you

HAPPILY and faithfully

UNTIL one day=

When one of them

Will lay=in the ARMS of God!

 

SHARING OUR LIVES!

In the best way=that we can

 

In Jesus’ name=and in the name=of our HOLY FAMILY=Jesus-Mary-and Joseph=

UNDER the arms of God the FATHER!
