LIVING=THE CALL OF JESUS

 

EACH one of us

Is CALLED=by Jesus

To live a life=Full of love

 

And a life=full of holiness

Just like Jesus=also

Full of righteousness and justice

 

“……..Why do you=NOT JUDGE

For yourselves what is right?”                                                                                        Luke 12:57

 

This week BEGINS

With the dishonest judge

And the PERSISTENT WIDOW

 

And it continues

With several readings from Luke 12

 

About LIVING meaningful lives-

RIGHTEOUS LIVES=and living with

Prudent behavior=

While seeking GOD’S FAIR JUDGMENT

 

We are all called

BY GOD =to live honest lives

We are all CALLED

By God=to live holy lives

Like his SON Jesus Christ

LIVING THE CALL OF JESUS

 

“The Lord is near

To all=WHO CALL ON HIM

 

To all=who CALL on him

In truth”                                                                                                                              Psalm 145:18

 

“BEFORE THEY CALL-

I will answer=

While they are-still speaking

I will hear”                                                                                                                                  Isaiah 65:24

 

“On hearing this’=Jesus said

‘It is not the healthy-

Who need a Doctor

But the sick’

 

But go and learn

What this means=

‘I desire mercy=not sacrifice’

 

“For I have not come

TO CALL the righteous

But sinners”                                                                                                                             Matthew 9:12-13

 

Jesus tells us

In today’s gospel=to figure it out

For yourselves=WHAT IS RIGHT

 

“Why do you not know-

How to interpret

The present time……

 

JUDGE FOR YOURSELVES

What is right”                                                                                                                         Luke 12:56-57

 

Our great SAINT PAUL

Tells us=how

To do that today

LIVING THE CALL OF JESUS!

Living like Jesus

 

“As a prisoner=for the Lord

I urge you to live a life

WORTHY OF THE CALLING

You have received”                                                                                                                   Ephesians 4:1

 

So live a life

OF HOLINESS LIKE Jesus

Live with a PURE HEART

 

“Create in me

A PURE HEART=O God

And renew

A steadfast spirit within me”                                                                                                      Psalm 51:10

 

LIVING a life=with love=with kindness=and forgiveness

LIVING THE CALL OF JESUS!

 

In our Lord’s name=and in the name=of our FOREVER LIVING=LOVING=Holy Father God!
