OUTSIDE THE MARGINS!=

(Of Love)

 

SOME people=in this world

Are very DIFFICULT=if you say

The sky is BLUE=they want

To make=AN ARGUMENT=out of it

 

But it is=STILL our job

TO LOVE THEM=if we are

TRUE CHRISTIANS

It is OUR JOB=to love

ALL PEOPLE=even though

They are OUTSIDE THE MARGINGS!=

Of love

 

“……..When you hold a banquet=INVITE

The poor=the crippled=the lame=the blind=

BLESSED indeed will you be=because of

Their inability=to repay you”                                                                                                 Luke 14:13-14

 

CAN you love=the poor=can you

LOVE THE INCARCERATED=can you love

The physically and mentally challenged?

 

You can=IF you are

A TRUE FOLLOWER=of Christ

You Can=IF you are LIVING

The two commands of love=by Jesus

LOVING GOD=LOVING OTHERS

Loving those=OUTSIDE THE MARGINS!=

Of love

 

Sometimes=it is very HARD=but we

CAN DO IT=if we are WALKING

Hand and hand=with the Lord

 

Loving those=OUTSIDE THE MARGINS!-

Of love=is NOT

Too hard for us

 

“Is anything=TOO HARD=for the Lord?

I will return to you=at the appointed time

Next year=and Sarah=will have a son”                                                                                   Genesis 18:14

 

“WHEN HARD PRESSED=I cried to

The Lord=he brought me into

A spacious place”                                                                                                                        Psalm 118:5

 

“Then Jesus=said to his disciples’=

‘Truly I tell you=it is HARD=for someone

Who is rich=to enter

The kingdom of heaven’”                                                                                                          Matthew 19:23

 

Don’t you JUST ADMIRE=those people

Who have the ABILITY=to extend themselves

And REACH OUT to others=and lend a hand

Those who have the ability=TO LOVE THOSE

Who live on the MARGING OF SOCIETY

 

It is not easy to do=but we MUST LOVE all

It is=OUR CHRISTIAN RESPONSIBILITY=LIVING

Our lives=in LOVING SERVICE

For all of God’s people

 

“There are=different KINDS OF SERVICE

But the same Lord=

 

There are=different kinds of working=but

In all of them=and in everyone

It is=the same God at work”                                                                                                     1 Corinthians 12:5-6

 

“…….to equip his people

FOR WORKS OF SERVICE=so that

The body of Christ=may be built up…….”                                                                           Ephesians 4:12

 

Yes brothers and sisters=we

Are CALLED=to love everyone

 

To LIVE THE BATITUDES=and to LOVE

All those living on

THE MARGINS OF SOCIETY

For no one=is OUTSIDE

 

THE MARGINS OF LOVE=when we are

A DISCIPLE=of Jesus Christ

 

In Jesus’ name=and in the name==of our FOREVER LOVING=forever living

Holy Father=GOD OF GOD!
