FINDING JESUS!

FINDING JESUS!


Today we READ about
Jesus getting LOST in
The TEMPLE


Can you just IMAGINE
A 12-year old Jesus
Debating the TORAH
With the rabbis


And RESPECTFULLY talking back
To his mother and step=father?


Joseph and Mary have just
SPENT three days SCOURING the
City looking for Jesus=
BEFORE finding him
In the Temple


Can't you just IMAGINE Jesus
Saying to his parents=
“Why I am fine=wasn't it OBVIOUS
Where I would be?”


“................
NOT finding him
They RETURNED to Jerusalem
To look for him


After three days
They FOUND him
In the temple


Sitting in the MIDST
Of the teachers


LISTENING to them
And asking them QUESTIONS” Luke 2:45-46


Bu what ABOUT US
What about when we
Get LOST during life


How happy we are=just
As his mom and dad were=
When we FIND GOD
When we find Jesus=
LIVING in our hearts
Living INSIDE of us


Finding Jesus=finding God
IN OUR SOULS!


“He will cover you
With his feathers


And under his wings
You will find REFUDGE=
HIS FAITHFULNESS


Will be your SHIELD
And rampart” Psalm 91:4


“For those who find me
FIND LIFE


And receive FAVOR
From the Lord” Proverbs 8:35


“So I say to you:
ASK and it
Will be GIVEN to you


Seek and you will FIND=
Knock=and the DOOR=
Will be open to you” Luke 11:9


In the story=there is MORE
Than there appears


Jesus LOVES HIS FATHER'S HOUSE
As opposed
To his father's house


Today we CELEBRATE=Saint Joseph
The EARTHLY FATHER of Jesus


NOT his birth father
But LEGALLY EMBRACING Jesus
And Mary


And this places Jesus
In the house of DAVID
As well


We CELEBRATE Joseph's ”YES”
To God=and to MARY and Jesus


And his YES to the
UNIVERSAL CHURCH
And the FATHER of the HOLY FAMILY


Dear Lord=WE PRAY=may ALL
Fathers CARRY the YES of Joseph


To their wives and child/children
And may we FIND OURSELVES=
ALWAYS LIVING in the HOUSE OF GOD


In Jesus=Mary=and Joseph's name we PRAY
For all the FAMILIES in this world
