LET PEACE BEGIN WITH ME

LET PEACE BEGIN WITH ME


WATCHING the news every night=
You WONDER if there CAN be
PEACE=between two people=
Let alone the world


So MUCH hatred=so much crime
So much DIVISION in the world
HOW can there ever be PEACE
In the world?


“LO=I am about
To CREATE a new heaven
And a new EARTH..............


NO LONGER shall the sound
Of weeping
Be HEARD.......................” Isaiah 65:17, 19


I have NO IDEA when this
Will happen=or WHERE it
Will happen


But DEAR LORD=let PEACE
BEGIN with me


Let me FEEL LOVE=kindness=
And FORGIVENESS for every person
On this earth


Let me FEEL THE PEACE=
Dear Lord


Let it BEGIN with me


“Consider the BLAMELESS=
Observe the upright


A FUTURE awaits
For those who seek PEACE” Psalm 37:37


“A heart at PEACE
Gives LIFE to the BODY


But envy=rots the bones” Proverbs 14:30


“SALT is good=but if
It LOSES its saltiness=
How can you make it
SALTY again?


Have SALT among yourselves
And be at
PEACE with each other” Mark 9:50


The PLEDGE of PEACE
Is a pledge we all NEED
To make


We all need to be at
PEACE with one another
To be at peace
WITH the world


Peace is an INTERNAL peace
We MAKE with ourselves


And an EXTERNAL PEACE we make
With God and with the world


LET PEACE begin with me
Let us all TAKE
The PLEDGE of peace


Peace is a PEACE that RESTS
Within each of us


For aren't we CALLED
To be Co-CREATORS in
The world we were
MEANT to live in?


“Do not deprive
The foreigner=or the fatherless
Of JUSTICE


Or take the cloak
Of a widow
As a PLEDGE” Deuteronomy 24:17

And this water
SYMBOLIZES baptism
That NOW saves you also---------


NOT the removal of dirt
From the body


But the PLEDGE
Of a CLEAR CONSCIENCE
Toward God


It SAVES YOU
By the RESURRECTION of Jesus Christ” 1 Peter 3:21


Dear Lord=PLEASE CREATE a
NEW heaven and earth for US
In this world


And let the PEACE OF GOD
BEGIN with ME in this world=and=
Let us=all=TAKE THE PLEDGE


In Jesus' name and in the name of God=OUR ALMIGHTY FATHER
