CLEANSING OURSELVES=AND OUR SPIRITS


Today marks=
The BEGINNING of Lent


Today=as Christians=
It is our job=to BEGIN
Getting ourselves CLEAN


For the RESURRECTION of
Our Lord=
Lord=help us get CLEAN
With a CLEAN HEART
And a STEADFAST SPIRIT=
Two essential components
To be HEALTHY SPIRITUALLY


“A CLEAN HEART=
Create for me=O God


And a steadfast SPIRIT
RENEW within me” Psalm 51:12


Psalm 51=is ONE of
My most favorite psalms=
And I can't think
Of a better way
To get CLEAN
For the Lord


Dear Lord=help us get
RENEWED IN SPIRIT
This Lenten season


And get ready
For your death
And your RESURRECTION


CREATE in me a
CLEAN HEART=Oh Lord


“The one who
Has CLEAN HANDS
And a pure heart


Who does not trust
In an idol
Or swear
By a false God” Psalm 24:4


“You are already CLEAN
Because of the word
I have spoken to you” John 15:3


“The voice spoke to him
A second time
'Do not
Call anything impure
That God has made CLEAN'” Acts 10:15


Yes we need to
RENEW our commitment
To God


This LENTEN SEASON
We need to get CLEAN=
And we need
To RENEW our spirits
In the LORD


It is just like spring cleaning
We need to REMOVE
All the clutter
That is
WEIGHING our spirits down


We need to declutter our minds=
Get rid of distracting activities
And get rid of unworthy HABITS


We need to REFLECT
We need to RENEW
We need to get our
MINDS AND SPIRITS
On the Lord


“........who satisfies
Your desires with good things


So that your youth
Is RENEWED like the eagle's” Psalm 103:5


“But those who hope
In the Lord
Will RENEW their strength” Isaiah 40:31


So let us CLEANSE OURSELVES
This Lent=and get ready


FOR THE RESURRECTION
Of the Lord=
Let us RENEW our spirits


Thank the Lord=there is
SIX WEEKS for us to get CLEAN


In Jesus' name=and in the name of our EVER COMING AND RENEWING FATHER
