WE HAVE A RESPONSIBILITY TOO!

Today we read about

Jesus and his HEALING

Of a paralyzed man=

It is a WELL KNOWN STORY-

Jesus tells him to

PICK UP his stretcher

And go home

It makes you WONDER=

Why Jesus told the man

To take his stretcher HOME

“He then said to the PARALYTIC=

'Rise-pick up your stretcher-

And go home'” Matthew 9:6

ONE thing for certain

Is that-

Jesus TOUCHED his life=

And another thing for CERTAIN

Is that=

He TOUCHES each of

OUR LIVES TOO!

He HEALS us physically-

Emotionally=and SPIRITUALLY=

He touches us

In ALL the ways=of our life

But with that=just like

The man with the stretcher=

COMES A RESPONSIBILITY

Beyond just living

Our life

WE HAVE A RESPONSIBILITY TOO!

We have some duties

That go along

With the MIRACLES=of our life

“Now all has been heard=

Here is the conclusion

Of the matter

Fear God and keep

His commandments

For this is

The DUTY of all mankind” Ecclesiastes 12:13

“Paul looked straight at the Sanhedrin

And said=

'My brothers-I have fulfilled

MY DUTY

To God=in all good conscience

To this day'” Acts 23:1

“The husband should fulfill

His marital DUTY

To his wife

And likewise=the wife

To her husband” 1 Corinthians 7:3

When we are RENEWED

By Jesus=we have

A RESPONSIBILITY too

We must be willing

To share our RENEWED SELVES

With all others

We must be

Willing to make a difference

In this world=we have a

Responsibility to SHARE

The good news

“John answered=

'Anyone who has two shirts

Should SHARE with the one

Who has none

And anyone who has food

Should do the same” Luke 3:11

We must live

With FULL awareness

And gratitude

For what God HAS DONE

In our lives=can you REMEMBER

How Jesus has TOUCHED you=

You have a RESPONSIBILITY

To SHARE it too

In Jesus' name=and in the name=of our ALWAYS GIVING FATHER!
