YES=AGAIN AND AGAIN
When Jesus ASCENDED
Into heaven=he sent us
The HOLY SPIRIT to
COUNSEL and give us
His love=over and over
AGAIN AND AGAIN
“He has also
Put his SEAL upon us
And given the SPIRIT
In our hearts
As a FIRST INSTALLMENT” 2 Corinthians 1:22
Yes he gives us
His SPIRIT as
A first installment
But he continues
To GIVE it to us
OVER and over
And AGAIN AND AGIAN
And his love too
Saint Paul goes to
GREAT LENGTHS
To prove God's faithfulness
To us
WHEN we hear
The good news of Jesus
We take it to HEART
But we want
A guarantee
But we have to
STEP OUT in faith
Knowing his SPIRIT
Is always WORKING IN US
Yes we must do so
AGAIN AND AGAIN in faith
Just like God's LOVE
“The SPIRIT OF GOD
Has made me
The breath of the ALMIGHTY
Gives me LIFE” Job 33:4
“Do not caste me=from your presence
Or take your HOLY SPIRIT
From me” Psalm 51:11
“And the child grew
And became
Strong in SPIRIT
And he lived in
The wilderness
Until he appeared publicly
To Israel” Luke 1:80
Yes=John was the cousin
Of Jesus=and he had
The SPIRIT of God
In him too
I am sure he must
Have been INSPIRED
By Jesus=AGAIN AND AGAIN
As we are today
The HOLY SPIRIT=
The very LIFE of God
Is WORKING in our world
Is working in us
“But when he
The SPIRIT OF TRUTH COMES
He will guide you
Into all the truth=
He will
NOT speak on his own
He will speak only
What he hears
And he will tell you
What is yet to come” John 16:13
When we see the FATHER'S LOVE
POURED OUT
In works of mercy-
In words of encouragement
And even in MIRACLES
God will reinstate his LOVE=
His kindness=and his SPIRIT
AGAIN AND AGAIN
In Jesus' name=and in the SPIRIT=of our ever living-loving FATHER GOD!
