BE OPEN=FOR THE WORDS

(FROM OUR GOD)

 

Are you a GOOD SPEAKER?

Are you ready

To speak the WORD of God

At a MOMENT’S NOTICE?

 

BE OPEN=be ready

To be a CHANNEL

For the words of God

THE GOD OF LOVE

 

If you aren’t=don’t worry

Our God=The Spirit of God

Will put the WORDS

In your heart

And ON your lips

 

BE OPEN=FOR THE WORDS

Be open=to speak

The WORD of God

 

“……..do not worry

About how you are

To SPEAK=or what

You are to SAY”                                                                                                                     Matthew 10:19

 

I have to tell you

I NEVER KNOW

What I am going to

SAY=OR WRITE

When I sit down

 

But God gives me

God SENDS ME the words

BE OPEN=

FOR THE WORD=Of God

 

It is NORMAL

To fear a little

When you are asked

To speak

 

But be ready TO SHARE

YOUR FAITH=BE OPEN

For the WORDS=OF GOD

 

“How sweet=ARE YOUR WORDS

To my taste-

Sweeter than honey=to my mouth”                                                                                        Psalm 119:103

 

“Heaven and earth

Will pass away=BUT MY WORDS

Will never pass away”                                                                                                        Matthew 24:35

 

“Simon Peter answered him’=

‘Lord to whom=shall we go?

You have the WORDS

Of eternal life’”                                                                                                                             John 6:68

 

In the gospel today

Jesus tells us all

NOT TO WORRY=about where

The words will come from

 

He tells us that

The Father=HIS FATHER

Will be speaking=THROUGH US

“for it

Will NOT be you speaking

But the Spirit=of YOUR FATHER-

Speaking through you”                                                                                                  Matthew 10:20

 

We may NEVER know

The fruits=of our conversation=

How they will affect someone else

 

But if we=are speaking

The WORDS of God

 

The words of love=kindness

And forgiveness

We can be sure=they will be

Leaving LASTING EFFECTS in their hearts

 

“In the beginning=was the WORD

And the WORD=was with God

And the WORD=WAS GOD”                                                                                            John 1:1

 

Dear Lord=dear Spirit of God

Help us to know=and find

WHAT I should say=And WHEN

 

BE OPEN=FOR THE WORDS!

Of our Dear Father God

 

In Jesus’ name=and in the name=and of the WORDS of our always speaking Holy Father God!
