WIN BY=WITNESS AND COMPASSION

 

WIN BY=WITNESS AND COMPASSION

 

A HARSH as it= may sound

NOT everyone=is ready to receive

THE WORD of God

 

Sometimes=it takes TIME=sometimes

It takes patience=and sometimes

It just takes=WITNESS AND COMPASSION

And the GOLDEN RULE OF LOVE

 

Sometimes=when a heart

IS NOT RECEPTIVE=to love=we just

Have to let them go

And TRY someone else

 

It DOESN’T MEAN=we are

BEING MEAN to them=it just means

We have to WAIT=and try someone else

To receive=THE WORD of God

 

It may NOT be the CHRISTIAN THING=

To do=but even Jesus=had some STONG WORDS

About those who were=STIFF NECKED PEOPLE

 

“Do not give=WHAT IS HOLY=to dogs

Or throw your pearls=before swine=Lest they

Trample them underfoot=and turn

And TEAR YOU pieces”                                                                                                                   Matthew 7:6

 

The TRUTH is=not everyone

Is RECEPTIVE to =or even

WANTS to hear=GOD’S LOVING WORDS

 

But we=DO what we can

WE WIN=by living with patience

WE WIN=by living=the GOLDEN RULE

BY WITNESSING WITH OUR COMPASSION

Win=by giving love

 

“Have mercy on me=O God

According to your unfailing love=according

TO YOUR GREAT COMPASSION=blot out

My transgressions”                                                                                                                      Psalm 51:1

 

“For the Lord=comforts his people

And will=HAVE COMPASSION=on his

Afflicted ones”                                                                                                                            Isaiah 49:13

 

Our God=DOES NOT GIVE UP

On people=and neither do I

 

But sometimes=we have=to

LEAVE SOMEONE ALONE=for our

Own safety=sometimes we just have

TO WALK AWAY

 

“Direct my footsteps=according

To your word=let no sin

RULE OVER ME”                                                                                                            Psalm 119:133

 

“Let the=peace of Christ=RULE

In your hearts=since as members

Of one body=you were=called to peace”                                                                  Colossians 3:15

 

NEVER GIVE UP=on anyone

God never does=and I

NEVER would either

 

Just BE SMART about it=

WE WIN OTHERS=with our WITNESS

By our COMPASSION=and our patience

 

TREAT OTHERS=with LOVE=and PRAY

That the Holy Spirit=intercedes in their life=and

SOFTEN their heart=and OPENS their minds

 

In Jesu’ name=and in the name=Of our FOREVER PATIENT=forever loving=Holy Father God!
