TALENT

 

 

We all

Have talent

In this world

Some more than others

 

In the 25^th chapter

Of Saint Matthew’s Gospel

Jesus tells the story

Of the parable of the talents

 

The man who has 5 talents

Brings back 10

 

The man who has 2 talents

Brings back four

 

But he man with one talent

Buries his talent

 

What are we

Doing with our talent

In today’s world

 

Are we using

Our talent

To spread God’s love

 

You say

You don’t have any talent

But we all do

 

We can all

Have a kind heart

 

We all can have

A listening ear

 

We all can have

A smile

For another human being

 

So we

Ask you Dear Lord

To use us

In whatever way you can

To spread God’s love

 

And to

Look for no reward

 

BUT YOUR LOVE
