STATE OF GRACE




Are you in
A state of grace
With God


You are
I am
WE ALL ARE


GRACE is defined
As the undeserved LOVE AND SALVATION
That GOD gives to us


God is reaching out
To us
To you and me


ALL we have to do
Is reach back
And the more we reach back
To God
THE GREATER the state of GRACE
We are living in


The key word here is UNDESERVED
There is nothing we can do
To earn God’s grace


All we have to do
IS ACCEPT IT
And live with the grace
God is
BESTOWING on you and me


In the XV chapter of Saint Luke-
Luke tells the parables
About the lengths
God will go
To bestow his GRACE on us


He tells the story
Of ONE lost sheep


“And when he finds it
He joyfully puts it on his shoulders
And goes home


Then he calls his friends and neighbors together
And says:


‘REJOICE with me
I have FOUND my lost sheep’” Luke 15:5 &6


ACCEPT GOD’S GRACE


He tells the story of ONE lost coin


“And when she finds it
She calls her friends and neighbors together and says:


‘REJOICE with me
I have FOUND my lost coin’” Luke 15:9


ACCEPT God’s GRACE
You will need it
To survive in this world
AND IT IS FREE


And Luke
Tells the story
Of one lost son
Being REUNITED with his loving father


“The father said:


‘Bring the fattened calf and kill it
Let’s have a feast and celebrate
For this son of mine was dead
And is ALIVE again
He was lost AND IS FOUND
So they began to celebrate’” Luke 15:22-24


If you have been resistant
To God’s grace
Accept it-it is FREE
And it will give you-your salvation


GOD’S GRACE
Is freely given to you
By BELIEVING in him
And his SON-Jesus Christ


“But because
Of his great love for us
GOD-WHO IS RICH IN MERCY
Made us alive with Christ
Even when we were dead
In transgressions-
IT IS BY GRACE
We have been saved” Ephesians 2:4 & 5


GRACE is FREELY GIVEN
Accept it
And when your life is over
God will bring you
Safely home


It is NEVER TOO LATE
To accept GOD’S GRACE
