KEEPING YOUR LIGHT BURNING!


Are you LIT UP? Are you
STILL burning for God? Or
Are you RUNNING OUT
Of gas and oil?


TODAY we read about the
TEN foolish virgins who
Run OUT of oil=and have
NOTHING LEFT=for
WHEN the ten bridegrooms come


“The foolish ones=
WHEN taking their lamps=
Brought NO OIL with them


But the WISE-
Brought FLASKS of oil
With their LAMPS” Matthew 25:3-4


WE are staying LIT UP LORD=
Our hearts are ON FIRE!
We are READY for
Your coming
Our LIGHTS are lit and we are
BURNING WITH LOVE!


“Command the Israelites
To BRING you clear oil-
Of pressed olives=for the LIGHT


So that the lamps-
May be KEPT BURNING” Exodus 27:20


“You Lord=KEEP my light burning
My God TURNS=
My darkness INTO LIGHT” Psalm 18:28


WE shouldn't be so quick
To ASSUME
That the ten virgins
Were irresponsible


Maybe=just MAYBE=
They TOOK on too much RESPONSIBILITY


Maybe they were CARING for a
Sick mother=or maybe=
They had to do EXTRA housework


RESPONSIBILITY can be DRAINING-
And wear heavy-
On the SOUL=and burn out
Our lights


The LAMP of our spirits
CAN run out of light-
For ANY NUMBER of reasons


So KEEP your light lit=
LIGHT YOURSELF UP for God
=WHENEVER it is possible


“For you
Have DELIVERED me from death
And my feet
From stumbling


That I may WALK-
Before God=
IN the light of LIFE” Psalm 56:13


“LIGHT in a MESSENGER'S EYES=
Brings JOY to the heart


And good news-
Gives health
To the bones” Proverbs 15:30


“For you were ONCE DARKNESS-
But now-you-
Are LIGHT in the LORD


Live as CHILDREN
Of the LIGHT=


For the FRUIT of the LIGHT-
CONSISTS in all goodness=
Righteousness=and truth


And FIND OUT
What pleases THE LORD” Ephesians 5:8-10


Dear LORD=the RESPONSIBILITIES=
Of life can be HEAVY
And ENDLESS


HELP US to be READY
For you=for the COMING
Of the Lord=and the WEDDING FEAST


In Jesus' name=and and the name of HIS MOST HEAVENLY FATHER
