HE KNOWS YOUR NAME!

HE KNOWS YOUR NAME!


I am pretty good
With NAMES=but I am
Even better with BIRTHDAYS


But did you know
That God KNOWS the NAME
And BIRTHDAY of every single person
IN THIS WORLD?


And he knows EVERYTHING
About every one of us=


HE KNOWS YOUR NAME!


“........rejoice because your NAMES
Are written in heaven” Luke 10:20


Yes=God knows your name=
And you are DESIGNATED
To be in=to LIVE IN HEAVEN
With the Lord


It is up to us
To ACCEPT the invitation
From the Lord


Unfortunately=when we become
STRESSED=we LOSE our focus
In life


But it is a GREAT COMFORT
To us=that we can TURN
To God in PRAYER
It is a great comfort
That God DOES
KNOW our NAME


“God also said to Moses”
'Say to the Israelites
'The Lord=the God of
Your fathers--------the God of Abraham-the
God of Isaac-and the God of Jacob--------
Has sent me to you'


“This is my NAME FOREVER
The NAME you shall call me
From generation to generation'” Exodus 3:15


“Those who
Know your NAME
Trust in you


For you Lord
Have never forsaken
Those who seek you” Psalm 9:10


“Then you will
Win favor
And a GOOD NAME


In the sight of God
And man” Proverbs 3:4


These readings bring up
A COUPLE of points


GOD KNOWS OUR NAME!=
God knows our CHARACTER=
But do we know the
NAME of God=the name
Of Jesus?


Do we keep them
CLOSE in prayer
Every day of our LIVES?


“The seventy-two returned
With joy=and said=
'Lord=even the demons
Submit to us
IN YOUR NAME” Luke 10:17


We should strive to be
MORE like the evangelizing
Disciples in today's gospel


We should be OPEN
To the HOLY SPIRIT
Like these disciples


When we do this
We ACCEPT the invitation
And OUR NAMES are written
In heaven too


Dear God OUR FATHER=you knew
Our names=long BEFORE
We were ever BORN


May we HONOR your name
With our lives
And accept your INVITATON


To meet YOU IN HEAVEN


In Jesus' name=and in the name=of our LOVING FATHER!
