CALLED TO=SPEAK FOR GOD

 

Called to=

SPEAK FOR GOD

 

Today we read about=

A MAN=who was CALLED to

SPEAK FOR GOD=but he didn’t

Want to=he decided to

RUN FROM GOD

 

Isn’t that so much LIKE US=

When God tells us

To do something

That we don’t=want to do

I know=IT IS LIKE ME

 

Jonah was CALLED TO

SPEAK FOR GOD=sometimes

WE ARE TOO

 

“So Jonah=MADE READY and

Went to Nineveh=

According to=the Lord’s bidding”                                                                                               Johah 3:3

 

Jonah KNEW=by hard experience

What would happen=if

He continued to AVOID GOD=

He already had wound up

In the belly=OF A WHALE

 

And Jesus warns

The people=of his generation too

IF they fail=to recognize him

HE BRINGS UP Jonah

 

“As the crowds increased’=Jesus said

‘This is a WICKED GENERATION=it asks

For a sign

 

But none will be given=EXCEPT

The sign of Jonah’”                                                                                                           Luke 11:29-30

 

Let us face it=we are

Called to=SPEAK FOR GOD too

If we are true believers

In him

 

By our words=

By our actions=and by OUR DEEDS

We are=called to=SPEAK FOR GOD!

 

“This poor man CALLED=

And the Lord=heard him

He saved him=

Out of all his troubles”                                                                                                 Psalm 34:6

 

“And those he predestined-

HE CALLED=those he CALLED

He also justified

Those he justified=he also glorified”                                                                            Romans 8:30

 

“You my brothers and sisters

WERE CALLED=to be free”                                                                                         Galatians 5:13

 

Yes as Christians=we

Are called to=SPEAK FOR GOD

 

We are to tell=

Of how PRECIOUS our HOPE is

For eternal life=for those

Who BELIEVE in Christ Jesus

 

For we know each day

IS A PRECIOUS GIFT=from God

 

“For in this HOPE

We were saved

 

But HOPE that is seen

Is no hope at all=WHO HOPES

For what they already have?”                                                                                         Romans 8:24

 

Dear Lord=WE PRAY

That we will=SPEAK FOR YOU

With our words=actions and DEEDS TODAY

 

In Jesus’ name=and in the name=of our FOREVER HOPEFUL Holy Father God
