THE ANSWER=FOR US ALL!

 

THE ANSWER=FOR US ALL!

 

Today we have

THE CELEBRATION=of the PRESENTATION

Of the Lord!

 

Where we have=THE HOLY FAMILY

GREETED by Simeon=and

Then by Anna

 

They waited and waited

But their PRAYERS

Were eventually=as all our prayers

EVENTUALLY WILL BE ANSWERED

Jesus=THE ANSWER=FOR US ALL!

 

“The man

Was RIGHTEOUS AND DEVOUT=

AWAITING=the consolation Of Israel…….”                                                                           Luke 2:25

 

Simeon had spent

MANY YEARS=

WAITING for the MESSIAH

But he came

 

And Anna had spent

MANY years fasting=and PRAYING

In the Temple

 

These are the EXAMPLES

Of holiness

When the answers=EVENTUALLY CAME

 

OUR ANSWERS

Will eventually come too=

For Jesus is

THE ANSWER=FOR US ALL!

 

“I WAIT=for the Lord=

My whole being WAITS=

And in his word=I put my hope”                                                                                          Psalm 130:5

 

“For the Lord=

Is a GOD of justice=

Blessed are all=WHO WAIT

For him”                                                                                                                                Isaiah 30:18

 

“For the creation

WAITS in eager expectation=

For the children of God

To be revealed”                                                                                                            Romans 8:19

 

Eventually EVERY ONE

Of our human longings

WILL BE FULFILLED=just as Simeon’s

And Anna’s were=we just

 

Have to WAIT FOR JESUS

Wait for the God of LOVE=

To answer=for it is coming

WE WILL BE FULFILLED!

 

“A LONGING FULFILLED=

Is sweet to the soul=but fools detest

Turning from evil”                                                                                                                Proverbs 13:19

 

“Let no debt

Remain outstanding

 

But the continuing debt

To love one another=for

Whoever loves others

HAS FULFILLED the law”                                                                                                    Romans 13:8

 

And so today

As we pray=AND WAIT for

OUR ANSWERS

 

Let us realize=that the

ONE TRUE ANSWER Jesus=

Has already come=HE IS

THE ANSWER FOR US ALL!

For all=of OUR HUMAN LONGING

 

In Jesus’ name=and in the name=of OUR CONTINUOUS LOVING=and answering Holy Father God!
